The house accepts a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children,

The apartment is cozy, is fully equiped, and has 260 m². It has views to the mountain and to the garden.
It is located 31 km "Playa de Alcudia", 34 km from the airport "Aeropuerto" and is located in an ideal area for families and rural.
It has garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, internet access, private pool, TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
The independent kitchen, ceramic hob, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle.

Skøn villa med masser af plads

Dejlig villa, lukket have med skønt uderum - og positiv overrasket over pool med saltvand. Det var meget behageligt. Air-con på alle vær (undt. enkeltværelset som dog havde fan) hvilket var et stort stort plus netop denne sommer 🥵 Køkkenet var dog kun udstyret med det mest “basic” - men der var, hvad der som min. bør være. Nem tjek-in og ud - generelt meget tilfredse 👌🏼

Es ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Betten sind sehr unbequem. Sanitäranlagen schmutzig und defekt Die Qualität des Wasser im Pool ist sehr schlecht für die Gesundheit Alle Kinder haben viele rote Flecken auf der Haut Die Sauberkeit in der finca ist sehr schmutzig und es stinkt überall.

Consigliatissimo!

Il proprietario ci ha accolti in modo molto amichevole e per tutta la durata del soggiorno si è mostrato disponibile e gentile. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, camere tenute bene e piscina pulita anche grazie a un signore che tutte le mattine passava a pulire e innaffiare il giardino. La finca è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue... noi eravamo un gruppo di 10 amici ed è stato semplicemente perfetto!

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Empfang von Juan und Pablo dem Hausbesitzer, auch wenn der Check in sich um 2 Stunden nach hinten verschoben hat, weil die Reinigung des Hauses nicht fertig war. Das Haus ist wirklich gut gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Allerdings beschweren sich die Nachbarn über Musik und Gesprächslautstärke, auch um 17:00 Uhr. Wir sind 8 erwachsene Menschen, da muss man leider mit etwas Lautstärke, Musik und Lachen rechnen, dafür ist man ja im Urlaub. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und kommt jeden Morgen um den Pool und den Rasen zu checken, manchmal gibt es auch Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten als Geschenk :) Hier ein paar Punkte die man im Haus besser machen könnte: Küchen Ausstattung: - nur 2 stumpfe Messer - nur ein Geschirrtuch - nur 3 große Gläser - ganz alte Schneidebretter Schlafzimmer: Die Betten sind sehr schön aber sehr alt, jede Bewegung ist zu hören Zusammenfassend ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen gepflegten Haus. Gerne wieder.
