Trebiza är en bekväm fristående bungalow i en lugn hörnplott med en privat utomhusuppvärmd pool. Fastigheten ligger bara en kort promenad från alla lokala bekvämligheter i byn St Merryn och är mitt i sju härliga stränder. Trebiza är en idealisk bungalow för en avkopplande semester.

Trebiza ligger 15 minuters promenad från Harlyn Bays gyllene sandstrand. Det är en bekväm fristående bungalow som är bortkopplad i ett lugnt hörnområde i utkanten av St Merryn Village.

St Merryn Village ligger bara 4 miles från Padstow och ger besökaren alla faciliteter du behöver. Det är ett stort centralt område för alla lokala stränder, "sju vikar i sju dagar." Byn har alla bekvämligheter som du behöver och många ställen att äta på.

Området ger inte bara enastående naturskönhet för dig att utforska utan har ett mästerskapsgolfbana, Trevose Golf och Country Club. Trevose har tre kurser som gör att alla från nybörjare till erfarna kan njuta av panoramautsikten från tees till greener.

Den mer aktiva besökaren bortsett från alla strandsportar som vindsurfing, vattenskidor, segling och surfing, har området ridskolor, flera golfbanor, promenader och en vacker cykelleder längs Camel Estuary.

We had an amazing stay at Trebiza

The bungalow was lovely and spotless. It had every thing you need. The back garden was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Such a bonus! We spent many hours in it. Can’t wait to stay again.

Something for everyone

Weather was not exactly the best, but the property and location, more than made up for it. St Merryn is a lovely little town, excellent dog walking and Harlyn beach just down the road. The pool was most certainly, the cherry on the cake.

Marvellous Trebiza

Fabulous stay- quiet,peaceful and wanted for nothing. Easy access to beaches and Newquay and Padstow. Comfy bed plenty of hot water and heating. Helpful hosts -would love to return.

Lovely, well kept property in great location.

The house was spacious and very clean with all the facilities you would need including the added benefit of the heated pool which the kids really loved. The gardens and pool area are really nice to relax of an evening. The house is located near the beaches although probably too far to walk just because of the narrow roads and close to local shops including the always amazing bakery. Would definitely stay again.

Great family stay

We had a great stay. Perfect location. We usually stay around the area but not in St Merryn specifically. The gardens are well kept, pool a perfect temperature and the house well furnished/equipped. We were a family of 3 generations and the property served us well. Would thoroughly recommend!

Lovely Bungalow with Pool

The icing on the cake for us was the private outdoor pool at this property. It was heated to 24 degrees so we could even swim on cooler days, we loved it. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The only very slight criticism was that there was no handrail for the outside steps to the rear garden, which are quite steep. Otherwise - perfect and highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay overall . Outside pools do need regular maintenance and the intervals do vary depending on usage and the weather . So a mid week inspection was not a big surprise. What was , was the owner entering the property without announcing his arrival or knocking on the door. The first we knew was seeing him marching across the garden. I find this very poor practice and felt it was an invasion of our privacy .

Great pool, superb location

Really great location in the seven bays area, only about 10mins to most beaches and Padstow. Property is the cleaned we’ve ever stayed in, so while decor is a bit dated we really didn’t notice it. Smart TV was a nice bonus. Pool is excellent, very private. St Merryn has everything you need including a great Pizza restaurant, Rick Stein pub and crab shack.

Peace, beaches and sunshine

Fantastic experience from booking to holiday itself. Lovely property, fabulous gardens and superb pool. Our teenage sons loved swimming everyday, good location for beaches, good food and excellent pubs. Perfect.

Lovely Bungalow with Pool

Very well equipped bungalow, comfortable stay, the main draw for us was the private heated pool. We have stayed here before and were pleased to see the TV has been replaced with a modern flat screen. Overall very nice place with everything you need, if I'm being picky I would say that a handrail for the steps into the garden would be helpful as they are very steep.

Great Holiday

This was a great holiday rental in an excellent location close to Padstow and some of Cornwalls beautiful bays . The property was very spacious and well equipped, but for our granddaughter the highlight of the holiday was the swimming pool at the rental which was heated and gave us all lots of enjoyment. The gardens are well maintained and spacious and the area where the pool is was certainly a sun trap . I would have no hesitation in recommending this rental to anyone . The rental is situated in the village of St Merryn which has a village store , Chinese takeaway, a fish & chip shop and a fantastic bakery , whose bread & cakes are second to none . All in all we had a great holiday .

Loved the pool!

Thoroughly loved the location and the pool, weather was amazing for our week. Only down side was mattresses need replacing and pool does need a midweek clean, which it never had. We would definitely come back as had a great holiday and already hoping for a cancellation next August! Thank you!

Spacious, well-positioned house with gorgeous gardens and pool

We loved our stay at Trebiza! We have three children aged 5, 7 and 9. There was plenty of space for us all and the spacious, beautifully kept gardens and swimming pool were amazing - the children loved them so much that we ended up hanging out in them a lot of the time! The house is perfectly positioned to explore the many local, fabulous beaches and Padstow. Lucy and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this house as an excellent base to explore northern Cornwall!

Great location and beautifully private gardens with swimming pool

Convenient location being 5-10 minutes drive to 4 beautiful beaches. Walking distance to pubs and bakery. Property very spacious and clean. The property has lovely secret areas of garden which our granddaughter loved. Typical mixed Cornish weather whilst there, but having the swimming pool was a real bonus. We will definitely be booking this property again.
