Hi Arti, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience. We sincerely apologize for any maintenance issues that you encountered during your stay and assure you that they have since been addressed. The cleaning fee that you are charged as part of your reservation is for cleaning the condo after your departure, however, you may request additional cleaning mid-stay if you would like. There is an additional fee of 50% of the standard cleaning fee for this service. We provide a starter kit of toiletries for every resevation which includes travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, several rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Howver, if you require more, you would need to purchase them on you own. We do send out an email 30 + days in advance notifying guests of what is included and what we recommend you bring with you.
