The house is located in a village surrounded by greenery, with a large panoramic terrace and exclusive wooden porch with views of the island of Caprera. Perfect for spending unforgettable summer holidays on the Costa Smeralda. Equipped with two bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen, with its three bathrooms it allows comfortable use for five occupants (up to seven guests on request). Located two minutes drive from the beautiful Pitrizza beach, the beaches of Bajia Sardinia, Liscia Ruia and the Aquadrem water park. It is five minutes from Porto Cervo and the most prestigious destinations of the Costa Smeralda. Excellent location for boaters given the presence of several marinas nearby. Comfortable even in the middle of August thanks to its exposure, it is equipped with a large wooden porch and terrace, exposed to the north east and sunny from morning until evening. Equipment: TV, full kitchen with appliances. Also perfect for children. Ample space for pets.
