This conveniently located, well-equipped, completely updated three bedroom, two-bathroom home is situated in the quiet area of Lindfields. Maintained for the discerning traveler, the home sleeps up to eight people and offers three good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom (complete with separate bath and shower), dual sink vanity unit, and separate toilet. The two additional bedrooms each contain two twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom, with bath, shower, and toilet. Both bathrooms have new ceramic tile floors and new tiled shower and tub enclosures to enhance the look.
The comfortable living room/dining room with patio door has a large queen-sized sofa bed and love seat. The large dining table seats six people comfortably. A full kitchen with adjoining breakfast nook with door leading to pool area has a table, seating four people. New hardwood floors in the hallway, living and dining room add to the beautifully maintained home. The newly carpeted bedrooms make this a comfortable vacation oasis.
The beautiful, open plan home is all on one floor and on an extra large lot with private, newly added vinyl fenced-in yard with solar lighting. Sun shines on the fully screened private heated pool and deck area all day. You will find sun loungers, table chairs, and propane gas grill for your convenience.

Retired Nursing Professor, and also retired Navy CAPTAIN with three grown children and four of the most delightful grandchildren (I am a bit biased) - enjoys the quiet yet close proximity to the attractions. I have traveled extensively but always enjoy coming home to this house.When you are at the home, you have no idea you are that close to one of the 'FUNNEST places on earth!

Convenient, quiet, easy to get to - and minutes from Disney. I fell in love with the feel of the home and the neighborhood. I have tried to make this home user friendly and contain those comforts that I love when I am there, or if I were a guest. It is comfortable, inviting, and sure to be a place you want to return to
What makes this property unique
Close to the sports arena at Disney and Disney World- private yard with heated pool, friendly neighbors - few rental homes in this area - most of the people are residents, making this a warm, inviting place to stay.
