設備：家にはキングサイズベッド付きのベッドルームがあります。 2番目のベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。 シングルベッド2台付きの1ベッドルームは、「リトルプリンセスルーム」として装飾されています。 シングルベッド2台のベッドルームは、「ボーイズルーム」として装飾されていました。
ゲーマームームが設定されました。 ダーツゲーム、ビリヤードテーブル、エアホッケー、バスケットボールゲーム、バーテーブル、2バースツール、追加のテレビ、ステレオ、エアコンが備わっています。

The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived.All bedrooms well equipped with lights, wardrobes etc.Kitchen had everything you’d need. Coffee machine is one that needs ground coffee, you get a complimentary sachet then we bought our own.Dishwasher tablets available as is washing up liquid.Has a good oven and an air fryer, plus toaster and everything you can possible need.Highchair available in the garage as is a small stroller if you didn’t want to bring one but wanted to use one whilst being here.Bathrooms great - shower in en-suite was lovely.Pool area is lovely and great on stormy nights that you can still sit outside and enjoy the area.WiFi was hit and miss - could have been the thundery weather and this meant the TV wasn’t great, however last night we were there we were able to stream fine. So we may have been unluckyBeds were so comfy and think I slept better in the master bed then I do at home.Air conditioning is great and was a welcome relief when we got back from being at the parks.Parks are 15-20 mins away - very fast and easy to get to.Lots of restaurants and fast food places in close proximity.Walmart is 2 minutes away and a 7-11 about 5 minutes away. Target maybe 10 minutes away.We loved our stay and I’m definitely glad we chose a villa with a private pool. The pool was so lovely - water was just the right temperature.

The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The owner was very prompt with all communication and helped us immensely in our first experience with VRBO. Check in and out was extremely easy and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is in a great location and very close to Disney World parks. We will definitely consider staying there again!!

This was our third visit to this property. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient to all the Four Corners area has to offer, notably the restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Disney World. The villa itself is superb, very roomy, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with everything that a vacationer would need. The pool and lanai area are fantastic. The pictures don't do the property justice. The owner is super responsive and cooperative. She is very easy to contact. This vacation property is just superb.

Perfect holiday villa for the Disney parks

This villa is highly recommended! It’s a great size and layout and comes equipped with everything you need. We paid for pool heating, which was really worth it, as the pool was toasty warm and really enjoyable to use. The villa is a short drive to the Disney parks, making it perfect if you’re planning a holiday based around the parks. We’ve stayed in this villa twice now, and will come back again as it really is wonderful. Very highly recommended

Round 2 at Star Lake View Drive

This is a superior property. Our second stay with Sabine. She is a wonderful host, easy to contact and very responsive. The home is super clean and well maintained. Never any surprises. Quiet neighborhood. Outstanding kitchen, fun game room, and great pool and deck. We've already booked for next spring. We'll be a repeat guest for many years to come.

Nice house, good for Disney

Easy drive to all Disney parks and local shops and restaurants. Lovely pool, nice house and great games room in garage.Problem with broken water heater which was resolved in a couple of days by the owner as the management company did not respond. Small refund given.No information pack. Shame to be left with only 2 toilet rolls and 4 dishwasher tablets for 8 day stay, no washing up liquid.

We would like to take your review on and say that we heard from you on New Year's Eve morning that the water heater was not working. We immediately took action and despite the holidays, and with the help of our Management Company (MC), we organised a plumber who installed a new water heater on 01.01.2025 New Year's Day which was working by midday. We have been in constant contact with our MC and would like to thank the MC and the plumber for their help and efforts on New Year's Day. Beyond the industry standard percentage compensation, we have fully reimbursed you for the two days in which you experienced the unforeseeable inconvenience. Unfortunately, Florida law does not allow us to provide the products you requested. Therefore we point this out in the description in our advertisement. It says: SELF-CATERING: The house is run as a self-catering house. The tentants is responsible for soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, etc. There are no spices or food available in the house.

Very pleasant stay

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 4. We had a lovely time at the villa and would happily stay again if we return to the area. Would also recommend to family and friends. Villa was very clean and exactly as described. The kids loved the pool and games room and the location was excellent for local amenities and getting to the attractions. Area / villa felt very safe and secure. This was my 1st experience booking a villa using VRBO and would happily book again.

Excellent Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The pictures of the home on the site are accurate and exactly as pictured. The pool was a great addition to our stay and it was also clean. I am OCD when it comes to cleanliness and even after we wiped things down ourselves the wipes were still clean so that says a LOT!! The house could use a little dusting around the vents on the ceilings. Nothing major and it doesn’t affect anything. Also it would help to have a rug or something by the front door in the inside. It rained quite a bit while we were there and we were sliding on the floors entering the home because there was nothing there to catch the water or dry your feet after entering the home. Overall those things are minor and would not stop me from staying in this home. Sabine was a great host, very communicative and the house was a great home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for the 5 star rating and thank you for your suggestions. We already had a carpet in the entrance area several times and it was totally dirty after a few weeks, which is why it had to be removed. A dirty carpet, which is the first thing you see when you enter a house, unfortunately does not make a good impression. But we will see if there is an alternative during our next stay. That's why we have a doormat in front of the front door. We would be happy to welcome you as guests again.

Great base for family trip

We had amazing time at the villa. Great location for exploring Orlando area. Property as described providing us with all the amenities required. Children loved both the pool and game room. Best Florida Vacation Yet!

Our month-long Florida vacation has been the best one yet. The property and location were all we had hoped for and much more. The location was very quiet and free of traffic. The villa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained. To be honest, the pictures don't do it justice. Whenever I had a question for the owner, she replied promptly and answered my question thoroughly. Sabine was a pleasure to work with. This was our first stay at this villa, and we have already made a booking for next spring. It is a superior property in a special location.

Highly Recommended Home!

My family of four stayed at Sabine’s home and we were very pleased with all aspects of the stay. We were in Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. Then home is only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal. The home was very clean, well stocked with necessities and very comfortable. The pool was terrific and we all enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to return to Sabine’s home for future visits. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home!

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was smooth, I had all information that we needed prior to arrival. The home was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was awesome, the location was better than I expected, and the game room was a fun bonus. I highly recommend this home, and I hope that we will be able to stay there again in the future.

Great home, great location!

This property was perfect for our family of 7, visiting all the Disney parks. Location was perfect! 12-15 minutes to the parks, safe and quiet neighborhood. Walmart close to pick up supplies. Plenty of space for our large family, and a full kitchen to cook meals. Pool was clean and perfect for us. And the check in process was simple. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend this place. When we come back to Disney, we will book this home again.

Great location

Great location and plenty of towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. Nice pool. Property management company like all of them here in Florida only surface clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Most of us live in Florida just far away so we always meet to vacation in Orlando.

Great vacation ho e

We really appreciated our stay in this house. Was really close to the Disney parks (15-20 min tops even with traffic). The appliances were clean and house had eveything we needed to make our stay confortable. We also really appreciated the game room. The communication with Sabine was also easy; she responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were to come back.

Cute home, plenty of towels and household items. House was clean and secure. Owner was in contact the whole time and very pleasant to work with! We had a great time.

Disney Vacation

My family vacation was 4 days to Disney parks. The home is minutes away. The house was very clean, plenty of space for 6 and more if needed. Plenty of towels, pool towels. Check in was easy. And the owner responds to all messages within a few hours. The family loved the pool and the game room. I would recommend this home to anyone. Ms. Sabath has been nothing short of kind since the beginning. We definitely will be staying here again.

A great time with family!

Our family had a great time during our stay at this beautiful home. We can honestly say we felt at home during our stay. The proximity to the parks, the cleanliness and availability to all the comforts of home made our stay most comfortable and enjoyable. What absolutely was the icing on the cake for us was the use (almost daily) of the backyard pool. After spending the day at Disney under the hot summer sun. A refreshing, cool dip in the pool was most welcome. As a family, we agreed that this rental has been our favorite VRBO property to date. We hope to one day get to visit it again! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the comforts of home versus a hotel stay. While still getting to enjoy all Disney parks within a 15 minute drive and just about any food you can think of within minutes! Added bonus was most places deliver!

First VRBO Horror Story - 1 Star Review

If you don't mind invasion of privacy, owners who don't really care about the impact of their decisions on your valuable vacation time & a complete lack of compassion, then please ignore our review. Stuff happens but the 1 star is not solely on the events but based on response from the homeowners. Here are the facts. People entered the home without notification to the homeowners nor us as renters - Homeowner response was there was a massive ant problem they were aware of that needed to be fixed - Never saw an ant prior to people coming into the home nor after Water valve shut off - Homeowner response they were not aware, plumber must have forgot to turn it back on - When I turned it on, water poured out of spigot which was broke - They said turn off water valve except when we need to use the restroom or take a shower Water leak started after a few days - water saturated interior drywall & leaked all over the master floor - Homeowner response, plumber said there was a leak in the wall previously but they didn't believe him. Response after we sent pictures "From the initial information you provided, we assumed a completely submerged Master Bed room We are pleased to see that it is "only" limited damage to the house which could be temporarily repaired with a towel as your pictures show. During your vacation in our house some unusual circumstances, for which we as owners are not responsible" Thankfully VRBO support was able to get us a hotel & another rental.

As a homeowner we are grateful for any factual feedback, as this is the only way we can improve our offer and service. We are a little confused about this rating, especially that the rating is "supposed to be based on the response of the homeowner", when in fact we were available to him at any time, even on weekends and across time zones, and supported him to the best of our ability. We are very sorry that the expectations of this guest, due to unusual circumstances, were not met. We have, contrary to VRBO's advice, refunded all rental fees to the guest and hope that he has found his undisturbed vacations rest. 156 reviews with 4 and mostly 5 stars speak a clear language why our house is booked. We have many tenants who have booked our house several times.

Spacious house and great pool

The house was very tidy and had lots of room even for 8 people. The games room in the garage was great to have as well. The location is just okay because there wasn’t much within walking distance (e.g. park or stores) and traffic was always heavy in and out towards Orlando. Also, the patio door didn’t lock so had to use a stick as a backup but the house has an alarm system too.

Thank you for the review. However, I am a little surprised. The distances to the parks or stores and restaurants is in our advertisement. That at this time of year (spring break) is a lot of traffic should also be clear to everyone. Because of another issue, the tenants had written to me and I immediately responded and arranged a solution to the problem. The description of how to open/close the door is on the door itself. Neither the guests before nor the current guests tell me that the door cannot be locked. If you had contacted me, I would have helped you here as well.
