Den 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och privat pool Orlando / Kissimmee fritidshus ligger bara några minuters bilresa från Floridas stora attraktioner: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc. Det är en idealisk bas för dagsutflykter till Atlantkusten eller Mexikanska golfen.

Utrustning: Huset har ett sovrum med en king size-säng. En 2: a sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Ett sovrum med 2 enkelsängar var dekorerad som "Little Princess Room". Ett sovrum med 2 enkelsängar var dekorerad som "Boys Room".
En Game Room har inrättats. Den är utrustad med en omgång dart, biljardbord, air hockey och basketmatch, bar bord och två barstolar och en ytterligare TV, stereo och luftkonditionering.
I januari 2017 nya möbler köptes för vardagsrummet. I badrummen, granit bänkskivor, nya armaturer och en ny glaspartition för duschen installerades i master badrummet.
2018 nytt laminatgolv i alla sovrum.

Temapark: Att göra ditt Orlando besök till en bra semester kan vara en utmaning - veta vilka parker du vill besöka och se till att du har rätt biljetter sparar tid och pengar. Parkerna är uppdelat i 2 områden: Disney World (Kissimmee) - består av flera parker och områden (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, flera vattenparker, Downtown Disney, Marknads). Dessa är som i många kombinationer med Disney biljetter att uppleva besuchen- beroende på vistelsens längd och det man ser och. I Orlando är Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet'n'Wild och Busch Gardens kan alla besökas med "Flex biljett". Discovery Cove - den ultimata delfiner erfarenhet - Biljetter kan köpas direkt på Discovery Cove - men måste bokas i förväg. Men är det också i kombination med Sea World.

This was our third visit to this property. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient to all the Four Corners area has to offer, notably the restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Disney World. The villa itself is superb, very roomy, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with everything that a vacationer would need. The pool and lanai area are fantastic. The pictures don't do the property justice. The owner is super responsive and cooperative. She is very easy to contact. This vacation property is just superb.

The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived.All bedrooms well equipped with lights, wardrobes etc.Kitchen had everything you’d need. Coffee machine is one that needs ground coffee, you get a complimentary sachet then we bought our own.Dishwasher tablets available as is washing up liquid.Has a good oven and an air fryer, plus toaster and everything you can possible need.Highchair available in the garage as is a small stroller if you didn’t want to bring one but wanted to use one whilst being here.Bathrooms great - shower in en-suite was lovely.Pool area is lovely and great on stormy nights that you can still sit outside and enjoy the area.WiFi was hit and miss - could have been the thundery weather and this meant the TV wasn’t great, however last night we were there we were able to stream fine. So we may have been unluckyBeds were so comfy and think I slept better in the master bed then I do at home.Air conditioning is great and was a welcome relief when we got back from being at the parks.Parks are 15-20 mins away - very fast and easy to get to.Lots of restaurants and fast food places in close proximity.Walmart is 2 minutes away and a 7-11 about 5 minutes away. Target maybe 10 minutes away.We loved our stay and I’m definitely glad we chose a villa with a private pool. The pool was so lovely - water was just the right temperature.

Super close to Disney and surrounding amenities

Great property. Super close to irlo Bronson road so there are lots of restaurants and shopping around. About 10 mins from Disney and the pool is a great mid day break from parks.

Great Vacation home

This property is exactly how it looks in the pictures and how it is described. It was very close and convenient to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the fabulous amenities this property offered.

Great Location

This is a very convenient location for all of the Disney parks! Close to stores and restaurants! While we were hardly at the house, we sure looked forward to it at the end of the day!!!

Very nice property

This is an excellent property and we enjoyed staying there. We had some minor issues during our stay, and the owner was very responsive to our concerns and took immediate action. Definitely a property geared towards visitors with children, though we managed just fine (4 adults).

Wonderful home!

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was smooth, I had all information that we needed prior to arrival. The home was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was awesome, the location was better than I expected, and the game room was a fun bonus. I highly recommend this home, and I hope that we will be able to stay there again in the future.
