Has llegado ¡Bienvenido a casa en tu casa de vacaciones de 2,400 pies cuadrados en el último piso! Además de que casi todo en esta hermosa casa es completamente nueva, aquí hay algunas características clave:

Excellent location. Great for families!

Our family of 11 had a great time at this fantastic villa. The location was great. The two golf carts made every option so much more convenient - beach, pool, or dining. We love the Sandestin area, and will definitely plan to come back.

Fabulous and great time!!!

We had a great trip. The accommodations were wonderful and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were a lot of extras we didn't even know were there. I would highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again!!!

The open concept of the home was fantastic! The large seating area and dining space worked so well for our family. It was clean as could be, and the two golf carts were a joy especially for our little granddaughters. The ktchen was well equipped, the screened in porch was a joy, and we'd love to come back. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is beautiful and well- maintained. Our beds were comfortable. The home is gorgeous and updated. The owners respond quickly to any questions asked. I recommend this property. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome Place..

This place was perfecto.. There was 11 of us so it fit perfect beach and weather were beautiful, the two golf carts were handy to have also, easy beach access. Me and my family are very happy with this location it was very clean. The only thing is the grill is very small but we managed, other than that I would recommend it to anyone that has a big family like my self, Thank you Kim & Andy for your quick responses when I had questions

We loved the condo!!! Had a little problem with a/c but got prompt service.

Love the location and having 2 golf carts was amazing. Kitchen had more that we expected and plenty of bathrooms for a large family!!!

Needs a good cleaning

The owner was very nice and got back with us promptly. There was a lot of dust and the floors weren’t very clean. We saw several cochroaches and had to buy traps and roach killer. The owner never tried to reimburse us for this. She did say they would come and treat while we were there ASAP but we didn’t want to fiddle with that. We felt we had it fairly under control and saw many dead in the morning. Love the location but the condo really needs updating and needs to be cleaner. We realize that roaches are pretty prevalent in Florida, but of all the places we have rented near by this rental; this is the first time we saw any! On a plus side, the beds were clean and were very comfortable.

Dirty

I would not rent this property again. The floors were filthy. The 2 loveseats were very soiled. Kitchen counters had grit all on them. The 2 queen beds had some black hairs on the sheets. . Bathrooms had mildew around shower doors. One of the shower doors was hanging not on bottoms track. There were black hairs on rug(maybe from animal). My sons and son n law all came down with stuffy heads from sitting/laying on couches. I felt very uncomfortable trying to even sit on loveseats. I believe the filters need changing in unit. Overall it was the worst place I have stayed in Sandestin or anywhere. We have been coming for the past 6 years. Sometimes we come twice in a year. Everyone of the doors were dirty. Needs lots of tender loving care. I am extremely picky but when my adult kids complain it is a big deal.

Great location and spacious

The property was what i expected and very spacious and the rooms fit all of us perfectly. We had 11 people in the home. The golf carts were a huge hit as making your way to the beach with all your belongings would have been torture. The pool location was perfect, almost like it being our own pool. Kim and Andy were amazing, very quick to respond prior to our trip and during. The only negative was we were asked a few times from the neighbor below us (their primary residence) to keep it down. They were extremely kind about it but with a family oriented house that can serve 11 I guess I expected to allow our kids to be kids....it really just made us feel bad for them and then we were constantly on the kids to keep it down.

Great location but filthy

Let me preface this by saying the villa is in a great location, very spacious, and has lots of potential. But the place was not clean!!! I have no idea how it could possible have a 5/5 stars on cleanliness???? It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning all over, the doors were filthy. I went around with Clorox wipes cleaning all door knobs, handles, and light switches. I would have thought that during this time of a pandemic things would be extra clean. Walls need painting, showers have mildew, and needs upgrading. On the last night there we found a palmetto beetle running around one of the bedrooms. Also, the older man that lives under the villa made me uncomfortable. Almost every time we were outside loading up the golf carts to go somewhere he would pop out of his villa. Only once did he say something to us and all the other times he would just be walking around where we were or act like he was getting something out of his car. It was very strange as if he was keeping in eye on us. I would not stay here again.

Amazing Spring Break Stay

We had an amazing time here for Spring Break. The property is just like it is listed, very spacious and clean. Having 2 golf carts was the way to go. The teens were able to have one to get back and forth to the beach and baytown wharf and the mommas were able to have their own so we were not stuck to the teens ever changing schedule. We loved the San Destin area and had plenty to do right on the property. Beach, Bay, restaurants, bars, shopping.... no need to leave the property! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group or family that wanted not all be on top of each other.

Kitchen delight

Family meals are an important part of our vacations and it was a pleasant surprise to have such a well-equipped kitchen to work in. Also, the seating in the family area with the three couches provided a lovely area for everyone to be comfortably seated and spend time together. The only comment on improvement would be to trim the tree blocking a clear view of the golf course. Lots of dead branches which could be cut and allow for a view of the golfers.

Great property, in a great location, just as advertised.

We just spent 5 nights at this property and were very pleased. Hurricane Michael had just come through the the owners were quick to communicate with us so we knew it was ok to travel. They were very quick to respond to all requests/questions. The location on the beach side of Sandestin and use of 2 golf carts makes this location just about perfect. The condo is large so it is easy for 2 or more families to share. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. It is well equipped for a rental unit and we appreciated the extra beach chairs and toys that other guests had left behind. The screened porch is a lovely place for morning coffee or evening meal. If I had one suggestion it would be to cut the tree in front of it back a little so you could watch the golfers come by. We hope to be back next year.

Great Stay!

We loved this home. It was the perfect size for our all-adult group of 9! We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining and living space so that we could all be together. Lots of bonuses that we enjoyed! The golf carts and beach chairs were perfect for our multiple treks to the beach. We used the grill several times. The patio was great for early morning coffee. The bar fridge was a nice bonus too. The Sandestin location is great - a little bit away from the crazy, but still close to all of the essentials!

Wonderful place to stay.

Our entire family truly enjoyed the time we spent in SanDestin, and the property was truly amazing. It was so comfortable, and so much a feeling of home for all of us. The kids loved staying in the loft, and the adults each had their own comfortable rooms with bathrooms. The screened in deck is where we enjoyed sitting each morning overlooking the golf course and the runners and bikers passing by. The kitchen was so handy for everyone and so inviting. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property.

Andy and Kim were very quick and responsive to any questions/concerns we had (which were minimal, given how nice this property is!). Golf carts really, really came in handy. Putt putt course on the resort grounds is a bit expensive and difficult, but fun and nice to have nearby! Great proximity to good eating and to fun, such as The Village of Baytowne Wharf, which has tons of restaurants as well as an arcade and other shopping. Thanks so much to Andy and Kim for letting us use their lovely home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The kids were completely in love with this property (which is most important). Everything was so beautifully presented. I would highly recommend staying here, as we had no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful. Loved it!
