Our two-bedroom house has been recently renovated and has a historic yet modern interior. Throughout the property you’ll find luxury, historic furnishings, including chandeliers, antique leather furniture and large fireplaces, alongside the latest fittings and appliances, including HDTVs and spacious walk-in showers. The property features:
Two separate living rooms. One - known as ‘The Den’ - has a traditional, grand interior with two leather armchairs, a beautiful illustrated map of Charleston on the ceiling and antique wall mirrors, candle holders and lamps. There is also a queen-size sofa bed. The second living room has a modern, bright interior, with a working gas fireplace, a 50-inch HDTV and an L-shaped sofa.
Two bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 42-inch HDTV and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a chandelier, freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is also an adjacent seating area with access to a private outdoor terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en- suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Our house is located in the heart of Downtown Charleston, a beautiful historic area that’s a delight to walk around. The house is only two blocks from King Street, considered to be the ‘Rodeo Drive’ of Charleston because of its great selection of shops, from high-end clothing boutiques to quirky antique shops and book stores. There’s plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafes, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a one-of-a-kind place to stay close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer!
For a tasty brunch, we recommend heading to Five Loaves Cafe just round the corner where you can enjoy a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches with vegan and gluten- free options.
The house is only a short walk from Marion Square, a fun park where there is always lots going on, including a farmers’ market every Saturday in the summer. Go for a stroll and view work by local artists - who display their work at weekends - , play Frisbee or sit or socialize with the passers-by, including students from the nearby College of Charleston, dog walkers and tourists. The Charleston Museum, America’s first museum built in 1773, is also close to here and is a great place to visit if you want to learn about the natural and cultural history of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
