As you arrive through your private entrance, you’ll be greeted by a spacious front yard shaded by a beautiful, grand magnolia tree, the perfect spot to relax, sip your morning coffee, or unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Step inside and instantly feel at home. The inviting living room is comfortably furnished with a plush three-seat sofa and three roomy lounge chairs, creating a cozy space to gather, read, or enjoy a movie night on the 40" 4K Smart HDTV. A curated bookshelf adds a thoughtful touch for quiet moments in.

Toward the back of the home, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for cooking at home. The adjoining dining area offers seating for four, with two additional seats at the bar—perfect for shared meals or casual conversations. A half bath and laundry room are conveniently located on the main floor.

Upstairs, both bedrooms serve as peaceful private retreats. Each features a king-size bed, its own private bathroom, and ample space to settle in comfortably.
