The condominium is located in a very quiet and peaceful area and setting with tranquil mountain views. The back yard leads leads to the City Golf Course, where you can golf in the summer or use the cross country trails in the winter.

A free, clean public transport route to the Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley and the Canyons Ski areas, runs right in front of the condo for ultimate convenience.

This spacious, three level condominium can sleep a maximum of thirteen people. Eleven people in beds and two people on a queen air mattress.

There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two lofts.

The main floor has the suana, kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, master suite with queen bed, complete with flat screen HD TV, oversize closet, desk, and master bedroom bathroom.

The second floor has a Pool Table and Juke Box, master bedroom with queen bed, cable TV, and DVD player, third bedroom with a queen bed, bunk bed and a full bathroom.

The third floor has a loft bedroom, with one bunk-bed and one twin.

The dining room offers dining for ten, plus three bar stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, new pans, new plates, utensils, and more, and a breakfast bar with three stools.

There is a large mud-room at the front door where this is a suana and room to store skis, boots, and other equipment. There is also a washer and dryer available upstairs

There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. Running trails and the mountain is across the street, which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.

A small dog is allowed upon owner's approval and pet deposit only.


*Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies.

*You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort, seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies January first through April 15th, excluding Sundance, Christmas and Holidays).

Great value for such close proximity to ski lift

Group of 7 men ages 50-70 have skiied together for 25 years. We're used to all types of accommodations. This unit perfectly met our needs. Tremendous value for the price. Everything we needed was in the unit. Furnishings are more than adequate but not fancy or plush. If you want that be prepared to pay an additional $1000 to $2000. It's a very easy walk, maybe 150 yards to Silver Star lift. For $5.00 a night you can stash your skis at the Silver Star ski shop adjacent to the lift. The hot tub is connected to the unit and was awesome. Our group has travelled all over the world and nobody complained about the mattresses. Would definitely rent again. We were there 2/24 - 3/3/18

Great location and even better property

This condo was perfect for our group of 11. Great location within minutes of ski lift just a short walk. Had enough space for all off us and more. Great amenities. Hot tub was perfect after long day of skiing. Joe was very responsive every time I contacted him before and during our stay. Everyone was very pleased with the house. Great amenities, needs a little maintenance

Great layout, loved the private hot tub and pool table. Great for our group. Joe was really helpful and responsive, and access to ski lift and bus routes was nice. Just be aware it needs a little work, the windows don’t all work well. Overall I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great location... Condo is dated, poorly laid out and in need of updating

The location is great. We really enjoyed being just a short walk from what felt like a "private" chairlift onto the mountain! The Condo however has some layout issues as well as some modernization/upkeep issues.

The layout provides one Master bedroom on the first floor. It is the only bedroom on the first floor, however there is a full bathroom on the first floor in addition to the master bath. The second floor has one queen bed, one double and two twins (bunks)... and ONE Jack and Jill bathroom. The third floor bedroom has three beds, NO closet, NO dresser, ... AND NO bathroom. Friends sleeping on the third floor end up using the bathroom on the first floor.

The beds were in decent shape as were the linens (although clearly dated and in need of replacement), and the two bedrooms with the bunk beds were very crowded (couldn't fully open closet doors). Everything in the kitchen worked, but the kitchen is very dated (painted particle board cabinets, laminate counters with corner seam coming apart), the pots, pans and utensils random and dated...

Maintenance and condition issues:

The dining room table is delaminating and the living room couch (leather or leather"ette") was very worn.

No place to hang towels near jacuzzi and no drip mat inside the house at jacuzzi access door.

Silverware, glasses and dishes were dirty upon arrival

Only two garbage bags provided

Door into house drags and is hard to open

Not enough towel bars.

Not enough hangers... and the ones there are cheap

Very poor water pressure, ...Takes a long time to get hot water at most locations

Paint chipping from walls and kitchen cabinet

Sauna is tiny

Pool table room too small to allow use of full size cue sticks

Old tired shag rug.

At this price point, we expected more modern and update accomodations

We had a great experience

We had a great time spring skiing. Three good days of skiing with one day getting 8" of powder. The place was great. The hot tub was well maintained and was a must after a long day of skiing. My kids loved the sauna as well as the pool table. The best part was the location and how easy it was to access the silver star lift and avoid the crowds at the main resort. Joe the owner was very responsive to calls and questions.

About the owner

On the way to the airport my son informed me that he left his laptop behind. I called Joe and he had the cleaning crew keep a eye out for it. They found it and Joe had it shipped to us and paid for the shipping. Joe, you did not have to pay for the shipping because it was our error. However, thank you, that was very kind and thoughtful of you. This day and age It is nice to know that people like Joe are still willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again ,
