Our spacious 2000SF home is located across from the City Park and has easy access to ski shuttles and historic Main Street. Built in 2004, our 4BR/3.5BA home features 2 master suites, a luxury kitchen and an open floor plan to accommodate large groups. After a day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking you can relax in our private outdoor hot tub.

All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TVs. For guests with cars, we have a 2 car attached garage with room for parking and ski storage.

If you are looking for a ski chalet with the finest amenities and proximity to skiing, shopping and dining, our home is perfect for you!

About Cheryl Imo

Our family resides in Chicago but we love to spend our vacations in the mountains. After vacationing at several ski resorts we decided that Park City is the place for us. It has the perfect combination of year-round outdoor activities, dining and shopping to be enjoyed by all ages. Although we first came to Park City to ski, we have come to love summer here just as much as winter. We hope you will enjoy our home and Park City as much as we do.

Park City is the perfect location for our family's second home. Park City has several outstanding ski options within minutes, yet is less than 40 minutes from SLC airport. Additionally, the altitude adjustment and winter weather conditions are much milder than many of the Colorado resorts, making our vacations more enjoyable. The convenience combined with world class skiing is unsurpassed.

What makes this townhome unique

Our home is uniquely situated in Old Town directly across from the City Park. Our home is two blocks from the base of PC mountain and a short walk (12 minutes) to Main Street. We especially like having 2 master suites plus 2 additional bedrooms as we like to invite friends and family to join us on our trips.

Our home is located about 2 blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. In addition to lift access, the base area has many shops, restaurants and bars. A car is not needed when staying at our home. Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main St and a full-service grocery store are all within walking distance from our house. The bus stop is 1/2 block from our house. The Park City bus system provides free transportation to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and Historic Main St. During the summer, you'll enjoy walking out our patio gate to the City Park where you'll find a playground, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, skate park and a lot of green space.

Location and space

We were a group of ten ladies. The house was walking distance to everything, had ample numbers of bathrooms, plenty of beds, and a large well appointed kitchen. Great location! 7-Eleven is down the street, Starbucks is a ten minute walk, and the bus stop is just out the door. The best part? A two car garage in a city where parking is not easy.

Gorgeous. Inviting. Setup well for large families.

We have visited this area many times and rented several homes. This is now our go to Rental. Everything about the home is clean and comfortable. The house is in the perfect area for walking access to; parks, mountain sports and golf. Shopping and food are also close by. The owner was amazing and quickly responded to inquiries. 5 star everything.

The house was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better!

The house was perfect for our group. It was well laid out for friends or family and the packnplay and high chair were perfect for traveling with a baby or toddler. Being so close to downtown AND the slopes made everything super easy, allowing people to come and go as they pleased. The kitchen was well stocked too, so dinners in were easy. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The beds were super comfortable and there were fun games at the house too. The only note I would provide is that the garage is super tight, and required some navigating to get in and out. Truth be told you, a car isn't even required though. A fantastic option for staying in Park City!

Great location

Great property. Location is convenient.. walking distance to the base of the Mountain, Main Street, shopping, .. Town home is spacious and clean.; Cheryl was very helpful, and always quick to answer any questions we had; we needed to check in early since we traveled with Children , and was happy to accommodate us; will def Stay there again.

Excellent location in Park City!

We rented 1414 Park Ave for a week over the July 4th holiday to celebrate with family from Texas, Maryland and Massachusetts. The house was a great match for all our needs. It was clean, well-equipped and even had a high chair and pack-n-play for my 8 month old grandson. We were able to walk to the downtown area in approximately 10 minutes on the bike path that started in City Park, right behind the house. Downtown has a Silly Market on Sunday with great vendors. Lots of stores, restaurants and bars are also located within the downtown area. The City Park also had a great playground for kids with slides, swings, etc. On July 4th, the parade went right by the driveway and the Kids-fest was held in the City Park! Cheryl was very easy to contact and had lots of great recommendations for us - we would highly recommend her home for your visit to Park City!
