Historiallinen, maalaismainen, chalet - harvinainen Park City -helmi, joka sijaitsee vuoristossa kävelymatkan päässä Silver Star -hiihtohissiä.

Maalaismainen perheen koti kolmella tasolla suuri kutsuva suuri huone. Kerää myrskyisä tulipalo maistelemaan perinteistä Park Cityä, joka on kaikki hävinnyt nykypäivän maailmassa. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode ja suuri kaksinkertainen suihku. Nauti omalla parvekkeella, jolta avautuu näkymä hiihtorinteelle ja Silver Star-tuolihissi. Kävelykerroksessa on 2 muuta makuuhuonetta ja yhteinen den-tila, jossa on kaapelitelevisio, oma poreallas ja perhepelejä. Tämä suuri lomamökki on yksinkertaisesti ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu, ja se tarjoaa sekä hämmästyttävän tilaa että sijaintia. Uudet sängyt, sohvat, poreallas ja moderni LVI takaavat turvallisen ja mukavan oleskelun.

Koko chalet on vieraiden käytettävissä. 3 kerrosta, 2 yksityistä parveketta, yhteinen kävelytie, yhteinen autotalli ja ajomatka, jossa on tilaa kahdelle autolle max.

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen on erittäin helppoa ja riippumatonta. Olen yhtä joustava kuin voin olla riippuvainen muista varauksista. Asun Park Cityssä ja olen aina noin vastaamaan kysymyksiin, mutta en häiritse sinua, jos et tarvitse minua!

Temptation-asunnot ovat hyvin pidetty salaisuus Park Cityssä. Ensisijaisesti asuinrakennus, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Silver Star -hiihtohissien alueelta, nämä hirsimökit sijaitsevat vuoren puolella. Huoneisto on noin 100 metrin päässä hissistä (pääsee hiihtäjille, jotka voivat hiihtää sinistä maastoa). Silver Star -kahvila- ja hammaspyöräkauppa ovat myös siellä ja ihania paikkoja aamiais-, lounas- tai huhtikuuhiihtoon. Itse asiassa se on yksi harvoista paikoista, jotka olen löytänyt palvelemaan valkoviiniä valikossa! Mikä on parempi tapa lopettaa iltapäivä! Vaihtoehtoisesti kuljetus vuorelle kulkee usein, ja se pysähtyy noin 100-luvulta. Lomakohteelle pääsy kestää muutaman minuutin. Täältä löydät kaikki lomakohteet; hiihtokoulu, luistinrata jne. jne.

Bussipysäkki on muutaman askeleen päässä, ja sieltä pääsee helposti kaikkeen Park Cityn tarjoamaan. Bussipalvelu on ilmainen ja säännöllinen. Jos päätät tuoda auton, on yksi katettu autotalli ja yksi paikka ajotieltä. Lisäajoneuvoja varten ei ole katupysäköintiä.

Excellent place, excellent location

Such a wonderful, comfortable house. We stayed in late March, and getting to the silver star lift was as easy can be. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, and there's a nice big dining room table to eat as a group. House was clean, and the hot tub was a gift sent from heaven after a full day of skiing. Susie was easy to reach and was very helpful getting us situated. Highly recommend this house for anyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Park City property! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes and close to everything we needed in town. It made getting around super easy and convenient for our group.The home itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our party of ten. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. One of our favorite features was the working fireplace—it made the space feel so warm and cozy, plenty of wood provided! It really added to the mountain vibe we were hoping for! TVs are wired for streaming and have plenty of options for every one.The amenities were fantastic, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re already talking about booking this place again for our next trip!On top of that, the host was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided us with tons of helpful information about Park City and the surrounding area, which made planning our activities a breeze. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and paying was super easy. You can really tell they care about making the experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish.Highly recommend!

Great condo close to the slopes

Really enjoyed this log cabin condo! We had 10 plenty (4 adults 6 teens) and felt we had plenty of room. One thing that was really awesome is how you can ski down and walk across the street and your home. Susie was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Great property

The house was just what we needed. Space for all of us to spread out a bit, good kitchen. Location was great- conveniently close to the mountain, quiet at night. Know that the master bedroom is a loft upstairs. Hot tub worked well after Ali runs. Garage is not attached,but it was really nice to keep car protected overnight.

Great Ski House

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location is great, just a short walk to the free shuttle. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, silverware and good knives. It is comfortable and clean. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace with lots of wood, a hot tub and garage parking and most impressive was the heated primary bathroom floor! The host was extremely communicative and responded promptly to questions. Would definitely return.

Holiday weekend at Park City

The house was great- clean, updated for the most part. Master bed was very comfortable with warm bedding, but fyi- the master is an open loft with a door. So noise definitely carried. Kitchen and bathroom had all basic essentials which was great! Getting to village definitely requires a car or the free shuttle bus. Also- this home is lift adjacent, not ski in/ski out. Thankfully the lift near the property opened on day 3 of our stay and was a 5 min walk to and from. Hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great trip!

Wow, what can I say. Place was perfect for a guys (adult) ski trip. Location worked out wonderfully for lift access as well as access to grocery, shopping and restaurant needs. The wood burn fireplace (with provided firewood) and the private hot tub were icing on the cake. Highly recommended and would definitely return! Thanks Susie!

A warm, gracious CLEAN mountain lidge

Susie was so responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend time in this sparkling clean, historic home, steps from the base. Also proximate to snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails and a stones throw from local bus stop. Highly recommend! Ps consider adding a blender to the very well stocked kitchen.

Nice stay in Park City Utah

We had another great ski trip this year to Park City Utah. The property at 1570 Crescent Rd was a perfect location. A short walk to the silver star lift from our condo's front door. Our last day of skiing we took the shuttle to the Canyons side and had more great skiing. It's a large mountain with plenty of terrian. The shuttle pick up was just below our condo and it runs through out the city. Pretty easy to navigate. Having a real wood buring fire place is a great way to end a day on the slopes with ample wood supplied. The private hot tub was another plus, it was clean and hot with many nice features. Susie was an excellent host, quick to repoond to a few questions we had upon arrival. We look forward to returing to Park City.

Park City Ski Trip

We traveled to Park City with our adult children for a ski trip. This property is very well maintained, comfortable and communication with host was perfect. Location is wonderful. The lifts close to the property were closed due to lack of snow but the parking lot is a two minute drive or about a 5-10 minute walk. The fireplace and hot tub are both added bonuses. We ate in most days/evenings and the kitchen was well equipped to handle all of our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Cozy house perfect for a snowy getaway

Had a great stay at this VRBO! Susie was very communicative and gave great recommendations to me and my friends. The location was convenient, the bus stop is right in front and only a 5 min Uber ride to downtown as well. The house was stocked with lots of cooking gear perfect for making a meal for a larger group on my girls trip and we enjoyed using the amenities. Would book again!

Park City vacation

We traveled to Park City for a weekend golf trip and the property and location checked all of our boxes. Susie was very responsive, professional, and courteous. Check in/out process was a breeze. Only complaint was the hot tub was not working all weekend but other than that this is an excellent condo for friends and family! Hope to visit again soon.

Best spot so far

We do this trip every yr. Normally stay in canyons area. Silver Star area and this rental were the best of both worlds. I was tempted to keep quiet on it to keep crowds away. The condo is rustic wood logs with all the comforts you’d ever want. Wood burning fireplace, big sunrise views in the morning, huge bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Very close to lift. All you’d ever want for a ski trip. Gotta give shout out to Silver Star ski shop and rentals - unbelievably friendly and service unmatched. Great place to rent and leave over night. Wonderful vacation and I’ll be back next year.

Great stay!

Amazing property that is close to the bus stop to get to town and the slopes. Overall it was a perfect stay, only complaint was that the hot tub had issues with the temperature so we couldn’t use it the last night. Besides that it was an ideal stay.

Peaceful and Perfect

Great location on a dead-end street short walking distance to what feels like a personal ski lift. The SilverStar lift is only accessible to guests in the area, so it's not busy. It also sits between Park City and Canyons resorts, so it is easy to access either ski area. The house is true log construction with a wood burning fireplace for ambiance. A special place.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.
