My family and I had a very nice stay during two weeks in this well-equipped villa. A house with cozy and genuine atmosphere, a beautiful garden and an inviting upper balcony where we enjoyed many mornings and lazy afternoons. We had some practical challenges with some equipment and the pool, but this was satisfactorily resolved during our stay. We had over all an excellent stay with and enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful beach

Great villa great location

We really enjoyed our week here. The outside of the property is fantastic with a very good sized pool. Everything you need is within walking distance and if you want to head in to Albufera old town it is just 10mins in a taxi (would recommend using bolt) The inside of the property also has everything you could need. The beds weren't the most comfortable but fine for a week.

Great location

Apart from getting sent the wrong code to access the keys, which was quickly rectified, the stay was excellent. All and any issues resolved with the minimum of fuss. the property might be a little dated but was clean and unbelievably well situated. Beautiful garden and pool. Everyone very helpful and made the stay wonderful. Thanks especially go to Milene!

Spacious villa in beautiful location

Lovely spacious villa with stunning sea view & lovely garden & pool. Very well equipped with everything you could ever need in kitchen utensils & lots of sun beds. Supermarkets very close ,5 minutes to nearest & very well stocked with everything you would need. Lots of bars & good restaurants within minutes, all within walking distance, & very reasonably priced.

Family get away

Fantastic house. Outside areas are a real highlight of house. Plenty of lounges, couches, and places for outside dinning and hanging out. Pool very clean too. Very well equipped and has everything you need. Only think that caught us out is we were unaware there was a separate daily charge for the air conditioning. So just something to be aware of. If I was not picking I would say more than 1 pillow per person could be available. 1 improvement would be to have 1 or more of the beds as double beds, and not just all singles. Area is quiet and family friendly. Easy walk to beach, good restaurants, and super markets. Would recommend.

we had infestation of flies and ants this cannot be helped the owners prompty sent someone out we also had mice droppings this was not accpetable my husband had to sweep all the lower rooms before we could use them we also had sevral cockroaches this was quite off putting to be sleeping were cockroaches crawled from under the beds the beds need replacing sleep was awfull due to poor matress which desprately should n be replaced on all beds the pillows were so bad i felt sick sleeping on them they shoud been replaced 10 years ago as shoud the poor uality bedding it was such a shame as we had looked forward to spending time here I hade stayed with family and my father 9 years ago nothing had changed it was well equpied upstairs in the kitchen and lounge would we stay again no unless we could be assured they done something about beds pillows and beddding and tackle the infestagion

Mooie ligging maar wel wat verbeter punten

Prima ligging. Centraal gelegen van winkels, zee, restaurant en supermarkten. Tuin met zwembad was heerlijk. En informatie vooraf was ook goed. De wc brillen waren erg smerig en niet schoon te krijgen. Deze zijn aan vervanging toe. Ook de bank in de tuin was kapot. Deze was gemaakt met pur, maar dit was niet lekker zitten. De 1 persoons bedden zijn ontzettend hard, wat resulteerde in rugpijn. Ook hadden wij 2 dagen geen wifi en hadden wij een dode rat in het zwembad en mochten wij daardoor het zwembad een hele dag niet gebruiken. Helaas was een tegemoetkoming niet mogelijk. Taxi punt is dichtbij wel voor max 4 personen. Je kan een taxi bestellen via een app. Voor meer dan 4 personen kan je beter met de uber reizen.
