Family Fun Relaxing Get-away! The beach is only the beginning. If you love golf - you found your haven. There are 8 country club level courses within 8 miles ready to challenge you. If you love a quieter beach - you found your haven.

Enjoy total relaxation mixed with fun activities for all. This house is located 7 houses from beach access. It includes beach towels, beach games, beach blankets, beach chairs, outdoor grill with gas, bath towels and bed linens. Beds are made upon your arrival.

This is a 4 BR/3 Bath split-level house. The first floor living room has a coffee bar with apartment size refrigerator, couch, fan, TV. There is a king bedroom, bath with double shower and laundry room on this floor. It is part of the main house - NOT separate like many 1st floor beach houses. The king mattress is a Kingdown quality firm orthopedic.

Up 5 stairs is the 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen, Bosch appliances, Living and Dining for up to 12. Additional counter seating for 5.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms - a guest king and a guest queen which share a bath/shower/Jacuzzi tub. The queen has a built in bunk bed large enough for a 10 year old. The queen mattress is an Original Mattress Factory and the king is a pillow top Kingsdown. The master has a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a king poster bed. The mattress is an Original Mattress Factory custom hybrid. There is a fabulous porch off the master that features seated dining for 4 and an area for lounging for 6. It is a lovely spot to enjoy an evening libation and watch the sunset while listening to the ocean.

Both living rooms have a flatscreen TV, as well as the master bedroom. The house is boosted for wireless WiFI.
The backyard is fenced. There is a gas grill available for use with CNG. We try to make it as comfortable for you as we do for ourselves.
The community of North Litchfield Beach is mainly single family homes. Thus the beaches are not packed like other beaches with condo complexes. Its truly a lovely spot of paradise.
With a golf cart rental you can access a bagel shop, bakery, grocery store, eateries Stox spa for a massage and several restaurants. There are Uber services available in the community. Nearby yoga classes are held on the beach on weekends or visit www.homegrownyogasc.com

Fine house; needs some TLC and pets had clearly stayed there before us

Property was as advertised and in a good location. Our main issues were that the AC couldn't keep up with the heat (mid 80's outside; could have been hotter outside) and there was dog hair on all the clean sheets so it is clearly pet friendly which is fine but just an issue for anyone with pet allergies.

Parley’s Island Paradise

It was a lovely get away from home with a short walk to the beach. The home, environment, yard and amenities were cozy, comfortable and a pleasure to enjoy. We wanted a quiet, beautiful stay out of the main rush of tourism with short drives to dining and an even shorter distance to the beach and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Lovely neighborhood, a block from a great beach. Near state park, restaurants, nice grocery, things to do. VRBO reservation process can be a bit challenging but we were very happy with the vacation.

Quick get away

My family stayed at this home over the weekend as a quick get away to celebrate birthdays ms graduation. The home was just as described. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect walk to the beach to catch a sunrise/sunset or spend the day. Will definitely look to this property first to check availability next time we plan to come down to Pawleys Island.

Perfect Location

We loved the location, the balcony, and the amount of space. The house is clearly undergoing a renovation which was not evident in the photos. Daily surfaces in the baths and kitchen were quite clean. However, the overall house could do with a good deep cleaning. Communication with Christine was immediate. One of the downstairs doors had a broken lock and she had a locksmith there to fix it within an hour or so. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun vacation

We had a great vacation here. The layout of the house is very nice with the bedrooms being separate from the main living areas. The fact that linens are included along with beach towels, chairs, and games is unusual compared to other homes. There was a large gas grill on the patio that we used several times. There was one small issue while we were there but I messaged Christine and there was someone at our door in 15 minutes to take care of the issue. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Porch is best part

Property is laid out a little awkward with porch the best part of the property being connected to master bedroom. Porch needs better comfortable furniture it is the best spot in the house. The furniture is all very very used seemed like pieces from flea market. We had friends stay at a place a block over on Mulberry with all inside updated with new furnishings TV’s in every room with hottub for the same price. We were disappointed in cleanliness the dishes in cabinets were dirty we had to wash before using. Having only 2 baths upstairs was inconvenient. This being work in progress looked like home was purchased 2016 and nothing has been done since. The documents to discuss area and the house haven’t been updated since 2017. This house needs a complete remodel to be worthy of high rental price.

A lovely relaxing place

I wonderful gem on Pawley's! The porch off of the master is amazing! We loved the split level lay out and the double shower downstairs made for quick work getting the kids showered after the beach! We loved it!

This is a fantastic neighborhood! Many of our neighbors have traveled the world and chose NLB as their primary residence. But the beach is just the beginning... There are 8 country club level golf courses within Pawleys that are available for public play. Golf carts are readily available for rent.
