Nice house

This house accommodates large groups well. Each bedroom has its own private bath, plenty of rooms to sneak away and the top floor living space is very open and bright!

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with parents, children and grandchildren. We were very close to the beach and had the use of the pool too. The weather was great. Not too hot. Plenty of things to do and good restaurants.

For the price you pay to stay here it needs a lot of updates. Furniture inside and out are extremely dirty. The mattresses need replacing, pillows, etc. pool area nice and location to beach. Lots of space and quiet neighborhood.

The house was very expensive for the condition it’s in. It is very rundown. It has not been adequately treated for cockroaches and daily we were seeing them in the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. To continue charging this price, it needs to be updated. When a house is as old as it is, it’s hard to adequately clean it. In the master bath, the tub and sink did not drain properly. Additionally we had to plunge the toilet several times to get it to flush correctly. The gate latch from the pool to the street kept sticking, making it hard to open. Not what we would expect for the money we paid to rent it.

Would stay again!

Great house for 12 people! Plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Multiple decks for sun and shade. Pool was awesome. Would recommend paying the extra fee for heating in shoulder seasons. Wish there were more loungers in the pool area though. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach out the back gate. Friendly, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.

The house is in a great neighborhood and the views are beautiful. When we arrived the house was dirty inside and out. The property management company sent someone out that night to clean the house. The next day they sent out two men who pressure washed all the decks and outside furniture. The furniture in the family room and on the decks need reupholstering. We ended up buying flat sheets to cover the couches and chairs in the family room because of the stains. All the carpets in the house need professional cleaning and have stains on them including the elevator carpet. The house is designed well and holds a big group of people very well. Fortunately, our children are adult age because as a mom, I wouldn’t have wanted my young kids crawling on the floors or carpets. If the house gets the TLC it needs it will be a 10/10!

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and the views, and I’m very sorry the house wasn’t clean on arrival. I’m glad our team was able to send cleaning and pressure-washing promptly. Your notes about stained upholstery and carpets — including the elevator carpet — are concerning. We’ll review these items with housekeeping and maintenance and schedule professional carpet cleaning and reupholstering or replacements where needed. If you’d like to share any specific locations or photos, please send them via Vrbo messaging so we can follow up. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back after these improvements are made.

Life In Style

Omg. We were soo happy. So surprised how beautiful the home was and the elevator was heaven for the elders. ( a lot of stairs ) living area is on the second level and walks out to a huge screened in porch. Sunrises in the back over the ocean. Sunsets off the front porch ! Al though there were some issues , they were attended to immediately. Exceeded expectations from the contact with the property to a joyous week for the wedding. The pool was a bonus extra for the fluke day of 78 degrees. A walk across the street and on a beautiful white sand beach. Thank you for sharing your home

Property needs more attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, disappointing for the money spent. Good location, kitchen well stocked, pool area was well maintained, and beds/furniture were all relatively updated. However, areas that needed attention were the garage shower stalls (pitiful) and the mold-smelling downstairs extra bedroom. Each room had something wrong (bad lighting, broken blinds, etc) that should have been addressed by the owners. Bad cockroach problem as well all week. Little things, but they diminished the overall experience. Didn't feel that I got my money's worth this trip.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful room for 15 people. With all different ages we were never bored or crowded. Sitting on top deck I watched the moon rise and my first ever shooting star. Pool was such a plus for our visit some went to beach while others stayed behind to swim. Restaurants and stores all located conveniently. I would love to do this again in the next few years and most definite return to this property. Absolutely beautiful.
