A lovely apartment in the perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. It has a wonderful terrace that has spectacular views across the sea and is a short walk from all of the restaurants in El Medano. Paco is super helpful and responds quickly to any queries that you may have. We can't wait to return in the not too distant future.

Perfect Location

The apartment is in the perfect location with stunning views over the Medano beach where you can watch the wind and kite surfers from the comfort of the sun loungers on the large terrace. Just a short walk to many different bars and restaurants in the square with smaller cafes and bars along the boardwalk on the way to the square. Communication was excellent throughout and check in very easy with the instructions provided with Francisco on site to help if necessary. I would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Superb location and friendly welcome

This apartment has a 5 star location with an uninterrupted great sea view, private terrace, a 3 minute walk from the centre of El Medano and only 15 min easy drive from the airport. It is absolutely ideal for a couple but a bit of a squeeze for 4 as the sleeping accommodation in the lounge area is only really suitable for children. Francisco welcomes you with open arms and there was wine and fruit in the apartment too. There is safe and spacious underground parking and the easy access to the motorway makes the whole island easily accessible if you have a car. El Medano has plenty of restaurants and bars and a couple of plazas and a small promenade from the town to the kite surfing beach in front of the apartment. There are also a couple of hills to hike up at the other end of the beach. There was always colourful activity on the beach to watch from the terrace as it’s windy and so great for surfers, kite surfers and wind surfers. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is that it is time the beds and sofas were updated and it’s looking a little tired. Nevertheless we had a great stay here and would thoroughly recommend it.

Esperienza ottima. Conoscevo già Casa Medano. Ci sono stato prima del covid. L'alloggio 37 era dotato di tutti i confort. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile

Die Lage des Appartments direkt am Strand und freiem Blick auf das Meer ist hervorragend. El Medano ist bekannt als Surf-Paradies, man muss den ständigen Nord-Ost-Wind mögen. Wir reisen schon seit vielen Jahren hierher.

Toller Urlaub in El Médano

Tolles Apartment und sehr netter Gastgeber. Als Willkommensgruss fanden wir eine große Obstschale und leckere selbstgemachte Kekse vor. Die Lage mit direkten Blick auf den Strand hat uns begeistert. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten anstelle eines richtigen Doppelbetts.

Empfehlenswert

Wir wurden bereits an der Tür von unserem Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung haben wir Wein, frisches Obst und Gebäck als Präsent vorgefunden. Es ist eine sehr gemütliche und angenehme Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage über der Bucht von El Medano (Playa Sur). Wir haben einen ganz guten und positiven Eindruck von der Wohnung erhalten. Nur eine Kleinigkeit, die etwas störend war, waren laute Geräusche morgens zwischen 07:00 h und 08:00 h. Wir vermuten, dass in einer angrenzenden Wohnung jemand renoviert hat und nicht daran gedacht hat, dass Urlauber etwas länger schlafen. Sonst alles Super - gerne wieder.

Waren zum 3. mal dort. Haben uns wieder sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht ist einfach der Traum. Kurze Wege zum Strand und den kleinen vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Einfach super.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Terrasse

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ist perfekt um jeden Morgen draußen zu frühstücken. Der Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit und stand immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung.Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

MAGNIFIQUE

l'appartement est parfait tant du point de vue de son aménagement, des ses équipements que de sa situation. Les 2 points forts sont sans hésitation sa situation, au bord d'une grande plage de sable fin et au calme, mais aussi sa superbe terrasse plein sud. Il est situé en retrait du centre du village que l'on rejoint à pied en 5 minutes. On y trouve bon nombre de bars, de restaurants et de boutiques. Chaque mercredi sur la place du village il y a un marché alimentaire et chaque samedi un marché artisanal. Les hôtes sont accueillants, réactifs, et très discrets. Nous reviendrons sans problème car nous avons passés un superbe séjour. Merci Paco et à bientôt Véronique et Xavier

Immer wieder gerne.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer Top - Lage und hat eine wahnsinnig tolle Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Die Einrichtung ist super, dieses Jahr war es leider nur zu 95'% sauber. Sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Bad könnte bei den Duschelementen etwas modernisiert werden und trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt. Danke für die erholsame Zeit.

Nasen im Wind

Beste Ausgangslage für alle Wassersportarten. Fantastischer Blick über die Bucht von Medano, die Wohnung ist nicht riesig, aber sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz und Abstellraum ist auch dabei. Kein Straßenlärm, nur das Meeresrauschen. Was will man mehr!
