Great place to stay. Not as close to the beach as I expected. Difficult to find in the dark, but Janice went all out to get us settled. All the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay.

The property has an amazing location. A short walk down to Rathtrevor Beach, even with a view of it from the grass area in the back where the kids would play. The 3 bedrooms were the perfect space for me, my wife and four kids after cramming into a hotel room previously. The bin of beach toys, chairs and even a kids scooter were super helpful since we had flown in. There's so much to do within walking distance, but even its proximity in Parksville was great for day trips to Qualicum Beach, Campbell River and Nanaimo. Would love a place in this community myself so we could visit more often!

Beautiful property in a lovely location

We stayed here for our first 2 nights on Vancouver Island. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location. There was everything we needed and being so close to the beach was great with our 2 year old. It’s on a very quiet well kept development and close to all of Parksville’s amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Check-in was smooth with zero issues. Details were sent several days in advance so that’s always helpful. Place was clean and kitchen had great appliances with plenty of pots, and fry pans. Would be happy to come back again another day!

Fabulous

This place was great. Perfect stay. We will book again when we come! If you are arriving in the dark, just know it is a little hard to find since there isn’t much light on the street.

Well appointed with beautiful outdoor area

Enjoyed our stay, the backyard was lovely with ample room for dining and BBQ'ing. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the host thought of everything, including first aid kits and ample towels. A short walk to a peaceful beach. We were very satisfied and would love to come back for a longer stay!

Christmas by the beach

My family enjoyed spending Christmas in this spacious, three bedroom condo with a view of the ocean. It's a very short walk to a beautiful beach where we walked for hours. Christmas day was very stormy so we played games by the fire. In all, this is a lovely place for a family holiday.

The Perfect Retreat

This is our second stay here & we look forward to yet another stay. Janice is the ultimate in a VRBO host with fast response to questions and every effort to make our stay more comfortable. The suite is gorgeous, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our week was relaxing with walks along the beach & in adjacent Rathtrevor Park. Just the best! Thank you

Perfect Family Holiday

Everything about our visit was perfect, especially the proximity to the beach. We had to drag our granddaughters home at the end of every day. We also did some cycling and golfing and there were lots of great options for both. We will recommend this property to our friends.
