Welcome to our stunning oceanfront third-floor condo on Craig Bay at Pacific Shores Resort! Nestled within the expansive 12-acre Pacific Shores Resort

Experience luxury in this oceanfront 1-bedroom condo, perfect for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a restful night in the king-sized bed and relax in the living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed ideal for children. Step out onto the stunning balcony for breathtaking views directly over the water.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave for your convenience. Dine at the on-site restaurant, known for its delicious cuisine.

As part of a beautiful resort, you'll have access to numerous amenities, including a pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, an outdoor grill and fire pit, a fitness center, and a playground.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or simply a moment to unwind, our oceanfront studio promises an unforgettable experience. This family-friendly resort offers various amenities for guests to enjoy. We kindly ask that you respect the rules in place. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the patio; however, there is a designated smoking area near the pickleball court. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is not a venue for parties, and our Condo accommodates a maximum of four guests.
Shellfish Policy
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited inside the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines in accordance with resort regulations.

Check-Out Instructions
- General Tidy: Leave the unit generally tidy and double-check for any personal belongings.
- Kitchen: Put away all clean dishes, load remaining dirty dishes, and start the dishwasher. Remove all leftover food from the house.
- Amenities: Place the resort key by the amenity basket.
- Pull-Out Couch: If used, strip the bed sheets and reassemble the couch.
- Garbage & Recycling: Take all trash, recycling, liquor bottles, and beverage cans to the commercial bins located beside the parkade.
- Final Departure: Turn off all interior lights, fans, and the fireplace. Turn down the heat. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.

We enjoyed the view, the patio was a nice place to relax. A walking trail led from the complex out to the beach in Craig’s Bay. We did not use the pool, hot tub or the pickle ball courts.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Pacific Shores. We enjoyed waking up to the view and accessing all the amenities. It was really great being close to the pickleball courts and being able to rent out kayaks for free. Greg is a wonderful host. He checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

A few things needed attention, but minor. Certainly not impacting our stay. Overall an excellent place with a great host. My wife left a few informative notes to Greg, but again minor things that he should know because we really appreciated his place. Highly recommended.

I will modify the welcome information to add that I turn off the fireplace in the unit in July and August as even the pilot flame adds a bit of heat in the summer. I know you had a couple of cooler days and would have liked to use the fireplace but cool days in July and August are rare. You were excellent renters and I appreciate how thoughtful you are and would love to get the opportunity to host you again.

Beautiful respite for a week long stay. Clean, spacious, quiet, well appointed condo with plenty to do nearby. Great communication with Host Greg. The view windows and great patio look out right onto the bay and estuary, and we found many wonderful places to walk close by. Can’t wait to return!

Greg's place was great. It was clean and well equipped for a week's stay. The creekside view was very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Greg was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The unit was really nice, very clean, and had a comfortable King size bed. The kitchen area was well stocked with cooking supplies, nice to cook meals in, the dining area inside and on the patio was really good. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The washer and dryer were nice to have in the unit. The bed on the pull out couch could be replaced, very firm mattress and lumpy. Hot tub area was great, water nice and hot, jets were powerful. Waterfront area was great to explore, we would have liked access to kayaks but were told only on the weekends in June, just be aware of that when booking as this has changed from 2 summers ago. We have stayed 3 times at Pacific Shores and enjoyed the resort once again! The owner was great at meeting our needs and was easy to reach:)

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this condo again! We are a family of 4 (2 teen daughters who slept on the pull out couch). The large windows and views of the forest and bay were beautiful, and the entire property exceeded our expectations.We loved being able to walk down to the beach each evening to watch the sunset. The condo was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt like a home away from home. The host was also very responsive and answered my question quickly.The resort amenities were fantastic. There are two hot tubs —one designated for families with kids and another with a lovely waterfall. The indoor pool was clean, and we really enjoyed having access to the pickleball courts, fire tables on the common decks over looking the ocean , and shared BBQs.The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, local beaches, and other attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Pacific Shores Resort is in a very scenic and serene area. About the only thing we heard were the birds singing. We were also fortunate that the condo we were in had a front row seat to the Craig Bay tidal patterns. The grounds themselves were well maintained.Our condo was spacious and quite well equipped. The owner was very easy to deal with; and kept us well informed in a timely manner.The bottom line is that we would not hesitate to rent at Pacific Shores once again; and you should not either.Larry

Lovely Family Getaway

Lovely Family Vacation Spot

We’ve stayed at Pacific Shores many times and love all the amenities and the beautiful, Creekside condos. This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week away and we loved the view from the big picture window! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Shores Resort! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect—peaceful, with beautiful views, and close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. The resort amenities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Highly recommend!
