This great townhome is located just across the street from Pelican Beach and is a short .3 mile walk to the Beach Club pools and ocean. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is spacious and bright. The home features comfortable blue and white coastal furnishings and all the conveniences of home. The living area has cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows allowing Seabrook's sunshine to stream! Enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or movies on the large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen sized bed for extra guests. Share stories from your day around the table for 6. The kitchen opens into the living/dining area so the cooks are never far from the action. Highlights in the kitchen include tile floor and backsplash, corian counter tops and new white cabinets well stocked with all you'll need. On the outside deck, there is a table with an umbrella that seats six and a gas grill for barbecuing your favorite meal. The first floor bedroom is decorated with a tropical flair and has twin beds, a large dresser and desk and has sliding doors to the patio deck, Just outside off the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub.

Head upstairs to the master suite featuring a king sized bed, large HDTV, and a sun deck. This lovely bedroom has blue and white bedding and white furnishings. The en suite bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Two can easily get ready for their day in this spacious master bath. Step onto the deck with your morning coffee and relax in the settee under the sun. The deck has open railings offering great views of the tropical landscape. You can even hear the ocean's waves.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
