Deck and screened porch with furniture, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a charcoal grill.

Well-equipped kitchen with bar to seat three and a dining table that seats eight. Living room with a vaulted ceiling creates a large, open gathering space.

Four TV's (one Apple TV, three Roku devices for each bedroom), DVD player, Sonos Speaker system, CD player and wireless internet. Board games and puzzles.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present on owner reservations.

2nd year in a row staying at “apt not” it’s perfect for us. The right size the right distance from the beach and everything in town. The property is well maintained… the new floors really dressed up the looks. We will be back!!

very well set up Beach cottage

Apt Not is a very well equipped family beach cottage. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have labeled the switches and controls for everything that would not be apparent. Very good electronics. We enjoyed music on the Sonus sound system in the great room. The property management company was very responsive getting a plumbing problem fixed on a Sunday. Easy check in and out. Great instructions to follow.
