First floor 4-bedroom condo in the Gold Coast of Ocean City, only 5 houses from the beach and 4 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. We are on a quiet side street in a mostly residential neighborhood, yet a block away is a family restaurant and ice cream parlor where you can take the kids for a special treat. Other attractions within a leisurely walking distance include a seashell museum and pastry shop.

Condo has 9 foot ceilings throughout that create a spacious feeling. You will find handsome oak floors in all rooms. Kitchen has granite countertops with an overhang and comfortable stool seating to allow for pleasant conversation as meals are prepared. All stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinets complete the setup. Bathrooms are elegantly appointed with quartz-topped vanities. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. Each room has large windows, making the rooms look even larger and brighter, and every room has a ceiling fan to aid circulation of the sea breeze when the windows are open. Of course, condo also has central air for your complete comfort.

All bedrooms are ample sized. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

Condo has its own private, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day of sun and sea. After showering, you can relax in comfortable chairs on the front wrap-around porch, or in the enclosed back yard.

Free Wifi and cable TV are included.

Condo has a full-size front loading washer and dryer pair within the unit.

Condo rent includes a one car garage and a second off-street parking space. Garage also has ample room to store your bicycles for an early morning ride on the boardwalk, or beach equipment like beach chairs and toys.

This is our home that we are opening to loving families who we hope will enjoy Ocean City, its beaches, boardwalk, and other attractions as much as we do. We have resided in Ocean City and opened our home to others here for over 25 years, and although the building is new, the address holds many happy memories of birthdays, beach parties, anniversaries, and family reunions. Perfect vacation home!

Wonderfully appointed shore rental

We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed home. It was impeccably clean, close to the beach and was perfect for our extended family group. We really appreciated that there were even beach chairs for us to use!

Amazing Stay

Incredible Home

Me and my family have been staying down in ocean city for 5 years. We always go in September. This is by far the nicest home we've stayed in. It was incredibly clean and spacious. It was wonderful and the host was great. 10/10 would recommend a stay here.

Awesome property

We had an amazing trip, again! This property is spotless and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is fabulous and very quiet. I will definitely rent from William and Nellie again. They are very responsive hosts who obviously take pride in their house. Thank you for another memorable family vacation!

This property and the owners are equally amazing! The location is great, the property including the garage was super clean, and even though we didn’t realize we had an allocated grassy area initially, we had a blast. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us!

Great Home

The home was a quick walk to the beach and very clean. Ample space inside for 4 adults and 4 small children. Everything inside appeared new and was very nicely decorated. An ice cream shop was a block away and the boardwalk was a quick bike ride. The balcony and fenced in yard were perfect for the kids.

The perfect beach vacation

Correspondence up until and after our stay was excellent. There was a lot of care taken to ensure we were informed and felt welcome. The house was immaculate and included warm touches (welcome guide, games, beach chairs) The location was awesome at just a few houses from the beach. We had an amazing week, made priceless memories and look forward to the opportunity to rent this wonderful home again. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!

Absolutely fantastic

This is the third or fourth time that we stayed at this house. Bill mailed us the keys and all the information we needed well ahead of time. He even let us arrive a bit early the day of our arrival since it was available. It had everything we needed for a long weekend with our children and grand child. We will be booking it again next year if it is available for the weekend we need.

Great holiday week

Bill was a great host. He shared keys in advance and responded to our emails very quickly. The unit is lovely and very well located and close to the beach. I have no complaints about the property except that you need to understand if there is a tenant in the unit above, it can be very loud. In our case, the renters above us had small children who constantly ran across the floor, moved furniture against the wood floor and were generally not respectful in the early morning or late evening hours. I don't think you can control this unless there is carpeting.

Perfect September get-away

We absolutely loved our time at your property. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. Loved the area's location and quick access to the beach, as well as the ability to easily go back and forth from the beach to the house for lunches with the grandchildren. The outside shower was amazing as well, and the garage is huge and thank you for the beach chairs available to use! I would definitely come back to this location for another holiday. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great house close to the beach

Loved the quietness of the street and how close the house was to the beach. House was very clean and beautiful inside and out. We love to dine in and the kitchen and eating space was more then adequate for 6 adults! Also loved the short walk for ice cream and breakfast!

Great location, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this beach home! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Location was great for our family. Only negative was the key system that les to a lack of comfort with security. I didn’t like knowing other renters (those coming in next few weeks) have keys during my stay and would have much preferred a keypad where each renter makes a code.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful, clean, inviting. The location is OC perfect! Close to the beach and Kessle's Korner for ice cream and burgers. The outside shower enclosure is wonderful when returning from the beach. We spent many hours on the front porch enjoying the breeze and the conversation. I would highly recommend this property. Great house

This was our second time staying here and we really enjoy the location. My kids love walking to the seashell museum and Ice cream shop. House was perfect for what we needed and so clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Great location. Short easy walk to the beach. Great porch with comfy chairs. convenient on site parking for 2 cars. Loved the outdoor shower. Very clean property. All the necessary utensils etc in kitchen. Bonus: had beautiful weather.
