The space

The real highlights of the home are the private balcony where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air and also decorated and cosy interiors.

Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful decor and cosy feel. Whether you’re spending your time chilling out with friends or family, or you’re coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home!

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.

You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Towels and toiletries will be provided.

The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Good value for comfort and convenience

This apartment has a 5* view of the City from the unit. It’s surprisingly peaceful and there is a coffee shop and convenience store around the corner. The Westferry DLR stop is a 10 minute walk and going to Bank station allows one to connect to many other lines. The local buses to places like O2 and Hackney are close by as is Canary Wharf for exploring. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer are handy for those of us on long-term trips with small wardrobes.

Great Apartment, Great Host!

This apartment was perfect for me and my partner during our stay in London. It’s clean, it’s cute, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day and just relaxing and enjoying the view. This apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, which was super convenient. The neighborhood is made up of primarily multi family units and felt completely safe at all times - also there’s a small chicken shop nearby with awesome Doner Kebap if you have a hankering! Dahlia was a fantastic host and was always responsive quickly - she went out of her way to check on us and see if we needed anything during our stay. This was a great VRBO experience - would totally book again!

Dahlia was super easy to work with and she was willing to answer questions late at night. The coffee shop near the flat was great to stop at on the way to the trains. Overall, it was a good place to stay. It’s a little out of the city center but the trains are easy to navigate to get where you want to go.

Comfy and Cozy

We had a lovely stay in this flat. Clean new and modern yet cozy. About 10 minute walk to the DLR and 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

This was a great location, spacious, affordable, and just honestly a wonderful place to be in the city. If you’ve never been to London, be aware that it’ll be a trek into the heart of the city via public transit, but it’s less than a mile from several different train stations and bus stops, so really easy to navigate with a little planning. I loved the vibe of the neighborhood, and Dahlia was great about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Dahlia was a great host. She was detail oriented and made sure that all the necessary arrangements were made easy for check in and checkout. The flat was in a convenient location and clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment with a View!

Our first trip to London and we couldn’t be more happy with our accommodations. This apartment is exactly as advertised. Communication with our host was easy. The 24 hour concierge was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the extraordinary view and balcony! It was a pleasure to return to each day. Public transit was not too far to get to and Canary Wharf has all the connections as well as great places to eat and shop.

Truly a GEM near Canary Wharf!

We loved staying here for our first visit to London! Everything about Dahlia's place was clean, comfortable, and we had more than enough space for the two of us. We were fortunate with unusually warm, sunny weather during our stay, and that allowed us to use the balcony when we returned from spending entire days walking out & about, which was an amazing perk. Do understand that should most of your plans take place in Central London, you will either have to get acclimated to using the train/bus nearby (approx. 15 minute walk towards Canary Wharf) or use a car service (which can be somewhat of a wait in this area, but nothing crazy). Two cute coffee & convenience shops are within walking distance, and everything about the area surrounding the property made me feel safe and secure, plus Dahlia was always a message away with whatever we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Flat

I stayed 3 weeks in this flat. A very well maintained and secure building in a very nice and quiet area. Very close to multiple bus routes, DLR station and Canary Wharf. There is a convenience store located in the complex. Spend every morning and many evenings on the balcony watching the London skyline. Great communication with owner. Hope to stay again in the future.

In general, we had a very good time at Dalia's apartment. It has some stunning features, but there are also some issues. First, the strong points: the view is spectacular, and the balcony is great if it's warm enough. The apartment is also a good size for two people, even though the living room is about half as large as the foto makes you believe. Wlan is very reliable. The drawbacks: the check-in. Dalia had told us the place would be ready at 3 pm. When we tried to access the apartment at 4:15 pm, housekeeping was still in there and said he needed another hour, so we had to go out again even though it was raining pretty heavily. There was also no hot water the first evening. When we wrote to Dalia the next morning, she told us which button to press in the hot water closet; this was information we wish had been available in the apartment. The bed is wobbly and creaky; we ended up sleeping on the foldout sofa in the living room, which also had the better curtains. The shower cannot be adjusted so that you can stand under it. And finally: while some things were very clean (the bathtub, for instance), others were not. What was really annoying was having to wash every glass and pot we wanted to use. Every single cookie sheet was dirty. Dalia responded very quickly to any message and was very helpful, but the place needs to be better maintained.

A Poplar Gem

I simply cannot rave enough about how wonderful this apartment is. The location is close enough to downtown London’a famous attractions & phenomenal shows without being in the thick of things. Nestled in a safe, clean multi-cultural neighbourhood is a spacious one bedroom oasis, with breath-taking views of the city. The quaintly decorated balcony is a true oasis to enjoy at the beginning of the day or to unwind in the evening. There is everything needed for a comfortable stay; including spices in the cupboards - a real treat! Dahlia, the host, is a true gem! She goes out of her way to ensure that guests are happy and comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay here. citycity frcity.vuneubourhood

Great Balcony Views

The highlight of the flat is the balcony, which overlooks the city. It is a lovely space to wind down after a day of sightseeing, and the lights of the city are beautiful at night! There weren't any bugs, so we could leave the balcony door open all the time. The flat was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay and we found it to be extremely quiet. It's a short walk to either of two stations where you can catch the DLR. We found the Langdon Park station to be the most convenient when hauling luggage because that route doesn't require crossing a busy street and the sidewalks are in better condition. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. Dahlia is easy to communicate with, and was prompt in responding if we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to stay in London.

Fijn appartement voor een langer verblijf! Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding vergeleken met andere appartementen in Londen. Balkon met uitzicht op de city is super!Dochter in de slaapkamer, moeder op de slaapbank. Naar spullen voor opdekken slaapbank was het wel even zoeken. Advertentie kan duidelijker zijn over aanwezigheid slaapbank.Met klimaatbeheersing in gebouw is wel wat mis: de gang en de liften zijn ontzettend warm. Daardoor appartement ook net te warm en temperatuur is moeilijk te reguleren. Contact met verhuurster was prima: ze reageert snel en duidelijk. Enige nadeel was dat we eerst geen warm water hadden, na contact met verhuurster wel, maar uit de douche kwam nu alleen heet water. Tussenpersoon Travelnest is een ramp. Engels dialect sprekende medewerkster vroeg naar mijn credit card nummer toen de eerste betaling niet door gekomen bleek te zijn?!

This is a gorgeous apartment that is situated on the 9th floor so it has a beautiful view of London's skyline and you can enjoy it by sipping your tea, coffee, or cocktails on the balcony.
It has a gym that you will have access to and also a 24hr Concierge if you have any deliveries!
The apartment is close to the DLR which is a couple of stops to Canary Wharf- this station takes you straight into town either on the Jubilee line or the (new) Elizabeth Line.
