Come enjoy the beautiful southern Oregon coast at this spacious three bedroom/three bath house perched on ocean front property, just south of the Brookings Harbor, Brookings, OR. It has an expansive deck that invites sunbathing, with private stairs (with built in viewing seats as you ascend/descend) leading down a secluded driftwood strewn beach. At low tide, enjoy an easy stroll along the beach (sea shell hunting and tide pools galore) all the way to the harbor jetty, only about one mile away.
Our oceanfront home offers a large great room with a huge hand-crafted stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling ocean views, game/card table, and bumper pool table. We just completed our kitchen renovation with brand new custom cabinets, granite counter tops, tile flooring & backsplash, and all new stainless steel electrical appliances. The 'Captain's Quarters' or master bedroom/ocean view has one King, the 'Crews' Quarters' bedroom/ocean view has two Queen beds, and the upstairs room (limited view) has four twin beds. Each room has its own private full bath.

About Premier Properties
We are an active family now living in California but spending our free time at our family beach house on the beautiful southern Oregon coast.
Premier Properties purchased this House in 1980
Why Premier Properties chose Harbor
Our family was originally from the Medford area and we grew up vacationing at the Oregon coast. The appeal of the southern Oregon coast keeps us dedicated to vacationing here. We don't feel there is a more beautiful coast line and it has none of the California crowds. It is also close to several nationally recognized redwood forests and to the renowned wild and scenic Rogue River. So we get it all...ocean views, beautiful redwood hikes, and lots of river adventures!
What makes this House unique
We think you will agree, our wonderful beach house really showcases the Oregon coast in a memorable way. Because it sits out on a bluff overlooking the ocean below, you loose sense of any other houses surrounding you - it is just you and the ocean views. The house offers one of the largest decks, with tons of room for your family and guests to sprawl in the sun overlooking the Oregon coast. Our private staircase leaves directly from the deck and takes you straight down to the sand. The house is located only about 1 mile from the harbor, which keeps you close to the town and restaurants. In fact, at low tide you can walk the length of the beach to the harbor for some ice cream! Lastly, with our 3 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, we can offer your family and friends plenty of private space too! There are very few places where you can actually fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves; this is one of them! Come experience the Oregon coast first-hand!

We enjoyed our stay with an amazing view on the ocean. Being able to lay in bed and see the ocean and the stars was so relaxing. Walking the beach in the morning we found a starfish and an octopus that washed up. We also saw anemones in the tide pools at low tide. If you like collecting driftwood on the beach this is the place for you!
Gorgeous view! We had a great stay and want to return.
The view is amazing !!!!
The house needs updating but the location is amazing, the view is fantastic!!
Very nice comfortable property
Quite private setting. With access to a very nice beach. House had all amenities for a great weekend. The big picture windows gave us a fantastic view of the southern Oregon Coast, from Chetco River Port to the light house at Crescent city in the distance.
We were fortunate enough to be here to watch an early spring storm.with huge waves all from the comfort of the property.
Breathtaking views, plenty of room, clean, well furnished, great motif, fantastic kitchen. Loved it!
This property is an amazing coastal get-a-way home. Less then a mile from Brookings harbor and down town Brookings. My wife and I spent three nights here and hated having to leave. The house is big enough for a large family or several couples. Plenty of space, rooms and beds and easily accessible from Hwy 101. The black sand beach was amazing for walks, not so great for fishing. There is quite a bit of tackle available just off shore for anyone brave enough to go out and get it:) My wife and I so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you so much!
Cozy, warm, and beautiful. Those are the three words that come to mind. We had an absolutely amazing time at this home for two nights as we road tripped down the coast of Oregon. Of course, it was freezing outside (by our Miami standards anyway), but the home was always nice and warm and cozy inside. Lovely views out the living room windows right into the ocean! At night you can hear the amazing waves crashing up against the rocks. It felt as if I was in a cruise ship except no sea sickness of course :) Wish we would have had more time at this lovely beach home to take in more of the deck and maybe do a bonfire on the beach, but there's always next time. Very private and quiet. Close to many hikes. Thanks for opening up your home to us and letting us experience a bit of this coastal magic!
Besides relaxing at the beach, in the Brookings area, you can visit Azalea Park (great climbing structure for kids, too), visit an Aquarium and Battery Lighthouse in Cresent City, go Jet Boating on the Rogue River (Gold Beach), and there is even a casino (just south) for evening entertainment! Harris Beach (just north) is beautiful!
