This house features, an automatic gate, parking for 2 cars. Inside are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, a study, and a workout area. Kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything . The game room has a 9 foot shuffleboard, air hockey, PS5, dual hoop game, and a pool table. The adventurous can explore a creek and a young redwood forest.

The property was in a great location for us to visit several parks in the redwoods. We visited Jedediah State Park, Prairie Creek State Park, Redwood National Park, and Fern Canyon. This was one of our favorite homes on our 2 week National/state park road trip. The beds were very comfy and loved all the beds/rooms for our group. The highlights of the home were definitely the hot tub, game room, and basketball hoop. The host was very responsive! Thank you for the amazing home to stay in!

Comfort, Privacy, and Fun all wrapped up in one

Super comfortable, very clean, accommodating, private, relaxing, quiet and a short drive to the beach. Had everything you would need to cook small and large meals. Well stocked too. The game room and hot tub were so nice to enjoy!! Such a great place to stay!! Would stay here again !

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Awesome relaxing spot. Love the house inside and out! Lots of spaces to enjoy. Beds super comfortable, everything clean and inviting. Nice spot along the creek. Would return again.

So Much Fun!

We LOVED all the extras! Incredible game room, large washers & dryers, blooming flowers, games, lots of space and I could go on! We just wished our families (grandkids) were with us!

Brookings getaway

Lovely place, with so many additional amenities. We all loved the wraparound porch and outdoor seating options. We wish we could have stayed longer and taken more advantage of the jacuzzi, game room and putting green. Thank you! We hope to return in the future.

Family time

The house was a perfect stop to relax after visiting beaches, state parks and forests. I do believe we used the Blackstone everyday, it was a great addition to a family that loves to cook. Setting up reservations, extending a day, and early checking were all easily communicated.

Wonderful!

Came here all the way from Seattle and we had the best time! Quiet, clean, exactly as listed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we ever visit Brookings! Owner was communicative, place was very fun to stay at with tons of places to sleep and things to do. Hot tub was very hot and ready to go as soon as we got there! We loved it!

Loved it!

I thought it was great! This was my second time doing a Christmas Holiday at a vacation rental, and I've only spent a little time in Brookings before, so it was fun to explore the shops. Of course the hot tub was amazing and the kids loved the game room.

Wedding Weekend

This place was perfect for our family. We were in town for our daughter’s beach wedding. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We had family over for a lunch and the deck was perfect. The game room and jacuzzi were a hit with our kids! We came in late and the directions and check in instructions were easy. Location is close to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful location!

We loved this home and especially the wrap around porch, beautifully placed in the trees near a little creek. The house was so fully stocked we didn’t need to buy anything other than food. We were never bored and my teens had a great time utilizing the massive swing, pool table, mini golf, air hockey, and basketball hoop! We also thoroughly enjoyed the town, beach and a short drive to the Redwoods. We plan to go back next year!

What a beautiful home. The owners were amazing in helping with any questions. We had misunderstood the booking website and they were so gracious to help us work through it. Fabulous House

This was my second time renting this house and it 100% lives up to my memory. This house is incredibly secluded and renter friendly. Not only does it have way more amenities than you would expect, but it is fully stocked, way more so than any other rental I've gotten previously. I would gladly recommend this house for any small gathering. I will definitely return. I would like to thank the owners for making such a wonderful get away possible.

Very clean and professional home

My experience is limited, I ruptured my quadricep the day we were expecting to stay, so I wasn’t able to utilize everything. But coming from someone who was injured and in crutches the house itself was easy to manuever around and bathroom was easily accessible with way yo lift myself up and being a single flood house made it much better. The rest of the family greatly enjoyed the atmosphere and activities such as a the hot tub and Rec room and would be a place I’d be willing to go again once in better health. I do think it was a very secluded and private spot which was very nice.

Comfortable stay

Large space located in urban woodsey area. Owners provided a map which help locate property which at first is a bit of a challenge to find the driveway but after locating easy to find. 2 full size vehicle parking driveway. Large 3/4 wrap around wood deck with outside griddle, small gas fireplace, hot tub, putting green on artificial turf, and the game room located around the corner away from living space which is great to keep game playing noise from main house. Game room is great with air hockey, shuffleboard, pool table, video game and TV, old time record player with a small selection of old time records, classic! Main house is open with a decent size kitchen with most everything would need, open living room space with TV. Kitchen has dishware/utensils/towels/full size side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric stove, oven. There is a small pellet stove located next to seating area. 2 bathrooms, 1 of them a "master",the other is a small guest bathroom with a tight shower if you are the average or larger adult. Three bedrooms with 1 having a small amount of fitness equipment. The extra room had a computer and a daybed, but it was broken and unusable when we were there. Ceiling fans in rooms, but are a bit dated. Owners were very responsive in a couple of minor issues that were taken care of right away. The wood deck has a few boards that need replacing, Wifi password needs to be changed to a secure strong one!! Overall an excellent, roomy, comfortable stay!!
