Wonderful ocean front family cottage!

Relax with lots space for celebrating with friends and family while being on the beach! Linens are not included but there are linen services available on the island if you choose not to bring your own. 7 night minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Beautiful, light airy cottage steps away from the ocean. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS at a pass through in the dune in front of my house.
Large rocking chair front porch and upper deck overlook the ocean.
All amenities including TV's in all bedrooms and great room. Nice large loft with two single beds. Dining table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools. Bedrooms- 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin sets. All new bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances ( Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blenders, etc.) Charleston swinging bed on back porch. Linen service available on request. Gas grill. Dogs allowed (with pet fee). Four night minimum except for the months of January, February and March which require 30 day minimum for a rate of $4000 for 30 days and 7 day minimum during June, July, and August and over any holidays.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very roomy cottage. Back deck with ocean view is amazing with plenty of seating and a glorious huge cushioned swing. Furnished with essentials and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely place.

The house is spacious. Plenty of room and well appointed. There is enough furniture without it feeling crowded. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The swing on the beach porch is the best part. This is our second time staying and hope to return.

Amazing views! Easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Fast response time from host. Quiet area which is perfect for relaxing. Not tons of beach/sand during high tide but that was normal for east OIB. Kitchen is well stocked. Tons of space inside and out.

Great family location!

Family Thanksgiving get together in a great family and dog friendly oceanfront house. It was very clean, tidy, nicely furnished and with lots of entertainment options. The host was very accommodating and a great communicator.

Wonderful Get Away!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful and the large back porch with rocking chairs and a large daybed swing were perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return!

Perfect place

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for our family to get away and relax. The outdoor swing bed was the most popular for afternoon naps after coming off the beach. The kids loved the hammock in the front of the porch. There were enough bathrooms too keep this family of 5 happy. Wonderful stay!!!!

Beach getaway

The house is wonderful! The location is very convenient and we loved the outside decking and accessibility to the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and responded promptly to a situation we had. Had a great family/friend getaway and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful getaway

We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. The only drawback was the very small bathroom off of the master bedroom, but the other baths were clean and comfortable. We also loved the cozy fireplace.
