Open floor plan with 2 big bedrooms! In the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. 4 blocks to the SF Giants Spring Training, 100's of restaurants and bars in the area, dozens of golf courses and casinos. No car needed in the area, 2 heated pools and hot tubs with the condo being right above the main pool. Beautiful walking path and golf course right behind complex. Perfect for families, 2 couples, girls weekends and sun and fun.

A friend owns the one next door so possibly can rent 2 condos to 2 families or 8 adults!

Very quiet complex so no loud parties.

Location:

- Less than 1 mile from Old Town Scottsdale (tons of bars and restaurants). There's a free trolley one block from the condo., or Uber costs $3.

- Giants Spring Training is also 4 blocks away

- Fashion Square and Salt River Fields Spring Training also close by

- Grocery store and coffee shop 2 blocks away

- Top Floor with an outdoor patio overlooking the main pool

Great Unit Centrally Located

Spent a week visiting the greater Phoenix area with my son and thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed unit and greatly appreciated it's proximity to all of the great venues in the area. Scottsdale was a short and pleasant, off the busy street, walk and access to the freeways was less than 5 minutes away. WE WILL BE BACK!

Exactly as advertised

We stayed at this great Condo in March for Spring Training. The location was perfect walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium, where the Giants play, as well as Old Town Scottsdale. The condo was exactly as advertised and the photos posted could have been taken the day we arrived. The overall complex was very quiet and well maintained. It was perfect for our vacation. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location in Scottsdale

The condo was a perfect size for 2 couples. Nicely furnished and updated. Easy walk to Scottsdale stadium and old town Scottsdale and right on a bike path to Talking Stick park if looking for more spring training games. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee. Matt was very responsive and a great host.

Loved it !!

We stayed in Scottsdale at this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo for 4 nights in February. The unit was nicely updated, very comfortable and so convenient to most amenities in the area. It was a third floor unit overlooking the pool (as indicated) with a patio to enjoy. Well stocked pantry also!! The two leather reclining sofas were an awesome comfortable bonus. Highly recommend this place and really hope to go back to Scottsdale to enjoy it again and visit longer. Matt, the owner, was great to deal with....
