Más grandes que la mayoría de las casas, somos ideales para familias numerosas o familias múltiples. Dos grandes master suites con chimeneas, bañeras de hidromasaje y excelentes vistas. En la planta baja hay una unidad de cuidadora / niñera con su propia entrada.

Nueva cocina con electrodomésticos de primera línea y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 10 más tres en el bar. Ocho televisores, 5 chimeneas, más una habitación familiar separada le brindan algo de espacio para extenderse.

Tenemos nuestra pista de esquí privada para acceder a las pistas de esquí. Los restaurantes están cerca de Snowmass o en 15 minutos a Aspen. Las actividades al aire libre son ilimitadas.

Practical house, great place for family gather

Cozy place, kitchen had all kitchen appliance. Extra room for kids to hang out. Big hot tub, ski out route is little challenge but doable.

A good value for a large group

Very comfortable with room to spread out and enjoy the environment. A fun place to explore the multi-level design. Nice to have two driveways to park several cars. The home certainly added to our positive experience in Snowmass.

Big house excellent for family and friends

Everything was clean upon arrival . The grill to prepare burgers and steak was great . Once during the stay we ran out of toilet paper and the manager came to see if everything was ok and to replenish things so that was a perk . Washer and dryer very good specially for long stay . Overall excellent house specially if traveling with big family or friends . A little dated and needs some remodeling but everything was spotless . Big enough for everyone .

Enjoyable family setting

The accommodations were fine for entire family of nine. The only issues were 1. Non-operating fireplace in living room; 2. small leak in roof in living room; 3. ski out off of Stanton Lane difficult (easier route a short walk down Wood Road).

A very nice property for our purposes.

We had 10 guys on a ski trip, and the house, though somewhat dated, was nice for our purposes. Ski in/out is a major stretch. Even with directions we gave up on skiing in and had to taxi from the village. Skiing out was easier, but not much. It would be great if there were marked trails. Great kitchen, lots of space.

Incredible house for large groups

This house is fantastic for large groups. We had 12 adults and comfortably fit in the house, and it's extremely well stocked (they even have an instant pot!). Kim is super friendly and very responsive anytime we had questions. It was very easy to ski in / ski out. If you're more of a beginner/intermediate skier, it's about a 2-3 minute down the main road and you walk right onto Adams Avenue. If you're a bit more advanced, you can literally go across the street and ski down the hill through a few houses and end up at Elk Camp gondola. Amazing place all around, would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a large group.

Best equipped kitchen i have ever rented. Our family likes to cook, we had everything we needed. The master bedrooms were luxurious ad the other bedrooms were well furnished. The house is not really ski-in ski-out unless your group is comprised of all advanced skiers. The house is not really pet-friendly unless you have a lap dog. We had an issue with no heat in one room on the first night. BRR. We called Bob the next morning and that was fixed. All and all, a great time was had by all except the dog who had to spend Xmas at a kennel.

Good value

The pros: large house, plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large family, kitchen has everything you could possibly need, hot tub is a plus as well. The house was warm and inviting. A little dated, but feels like Colorado. Beautiful setting. Cons: not on the bus line, so you need a car to get to the ski slopes and village. The VRBO online description says the house has a two-car-garage - but when we got there the owners' two cars were parked inside it. The owner did offer to have one car moved, but the garage is small and it would have been hard for us to get in and out of our car. Also, it snowed nine inches one night and no snow removal service was provided. We had to use a plastic shovel to clear off the driveway and patio. It is a ski in and ski out, but you have to be an excellent skier to ski the path as well as walk across a road.

Great ski in ski out house

We had a blast at this property, we were a group of 8 with a bunch of single dudes who really enjoyed having their own space to spread out. Kim and the property manager were both very responsive, and the home was nice and clean and had quite a bit of character! Ski in ski out requires some walking down the road, but it was pretty straightforward. Thanks Kim for letting us stay in your lovely house!

Great Stay

Nice big house was comfortable for nine adults. We especially enjoyed grilling with the built-in gas BBQ on porch next to the dining area.

Our fantastic stay!

What a perfect house for a good size group like ours. The location was so easy to ski in and out, there was ample room for everyone to spreadout and be completely comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed, a truly perfect stay!!!

Skiing at Snowmass

The house was perfect for us. Kitchen well prepared. Spacious very good. The only con I would say is that is not in the bus route so is good to have a car. In snow season is good to have a four wheel drive. Besides that the house for us was great. Kim was very kind and helpful . I would definitely stay her again. Thanks Kim

Large great home

We had a fantastic stay here over Christmas with our large family of 10 people. The layout of the home was perfect for a large group - we all had plenty of space and very comfortable bedrooms. The skiing was only a short walk from the house right onto Adams Avenue run. We really enjoyed our stay

Blast at the Brady House

Retro house with tons of space, lots of bathrooms, very well equipped, responsive owner and property management. Kid friendly, but lots of stairs for a toddler. Ski in / Ski out requires some effort / skill / walking. Hot tub and sauna were fantastic.

We went with a group of 8 people and had plenty of space. The house was clean and the hot tub and sauna were great. It is ski in/out with only a short walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Warm and Wonderful

This is a WONDERFUL family property and the owner, Kim, was great to work with; although it went so smoothly, we didn’t need much help. She was very prompt in responding to all communication. The home is spacious and accommodated our group of 9 effortlessly, and yet afforded plenty of privacy for all. The floor plan is exceptional for any group. We had one VERY SMALL maintenance issue, and it was remedied efficiently in record time. To me, that is a test of good management. We all know things happen, what matters is the service that follows. Thanks Kim.... you are a rock star! They spared no expense with gourmet appliances that performed great. The kitchen was a bit overstocked, with some extra dishes and cooking items that were a little well worn. The home was clean and welcoming and smelled fresh, and included some great art on the walls and tables. Lots of drawers and closets for storage, with many sturdy hangers. The views were spectacular from all directions and had lovely outdoor decks. It is a 3 story property, so we got our workout, but the garage entry was large and convenient for donning and removing all our snow gear! Snow was well cleared from the driveways and walkways. We were surprised that we couldn’t park in the garage, since there were 2 vehicles stored in them, but it was not an issue for us, since the 2 driveways were easily accessible. Overall we were thrilled with this property. Thank you Kim, for sharing your fabulous home. We hope we get to stay again soon!

Great place for a family

The house is very comfortable for large families with a kitchen well equipped for cooking. The location made it convenient to get into town or onto the slopes. Kim made this a very easy rental.

Great home

We have rented many houses over the years. This was one of the few homes we have rented. Those that rent on a regular basis will understand the distinction. The owner has extended herself to make guests feel comfortable. The two master suites are great, offer privacy from the hub-bub of the house and have fantastic views. Plenty of room to spread out or enjoy each other's company in the great room which the kitchen overlooks. The outdoor grill is fit for a king so be sure to plan a meal around it. The ski-out access was great, but you must be able to ski a solid blue slope. Skiing home involved a little walk, but we enjoyed finishing up at home and not in the village. The dial-a-ride worked well (one foul up out of many requests). The kitchen is well stocked and meal preparation was easy and enjoyable. The kitchen overlooks the great room so you still feel part of the group even if you are cooking. Wonderful area to have meals and just relax. New appliances and modern kitchen made meal prep enjoyable. Great house for two families. The room and bed arrangements are as promoted so plan ahead about who will sleep where.
