Our luxury home is accessed right off the mountain from your own private deck!

WINTER SEASON HIGHLIGHTS = We are a 'true' ski in & ski out destination where you are actually on the ski run and slopeside to all the action! Our luxury home is located at the bottom of the Main Ski Lift 1. If only the best will do, you've come to the right vacation destination! Our Elkpoint Townhome is one of only 7 luxury homes at Purgatory Ski Resort (formally known as Durango Mountain Resort) where you can literally ski-in & ski-out off of your own deck! Just look at our PHOTOS! For non-skiers or those just taking a break, no location is better to be a part of and enjoy the action. Just sit back fireside and watch the skiers come down the mountain slopes through the breathtaking 18-foot vaulted floor-to-ceiling windows framed with warm timber accents! Have kids? SUMMER SEASON HIGHLIGHTS = Our home is just steps from the mountain village with gift shops, restaurants and the community pool, spa and fitness facility. Summer activities are plentiful with miniature golf, alpine slides, bungee jumping, kids bounce-house, scenic chairlift rides, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. In July and August the resort hosts the annual Music in the Mountains Festival with an amazing variety of music from the best musicians in the world. The fun is unlimited and no location is better to be in the heart of the action!

Inside our nearly 3000 square foot Elkpoint tri-level home, no detail has been spared in our professionally decorated, upscale home. The 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom layout is well designed with sleeping accommodations and bathrooms on each of the 3 levels.

The first level has a private oversized single-car garage with ski racks and sleds for our guests to use. In addition, there is a large bedroom/game room with Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa, TV, and full bathroom ... This room is a perfect place for kids to hang out, play games and relax away from the parents!

The second level is the main living and dining area with plenty of room to eat, lounge fireside and watch the outdoor mountain activities through the 18-foot soaring windows. This area of the home is an entertainer's delight with an open floorplan that includes a full-size gourmet kitchen, dining table, and plenty of other seating. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms on this level (1 room with Cal King bed & private balcony and the other room with 2 Full beds) and another full bathroom.

On the third level you will find another full bathroom, bedroom (with bunkbed - Full on top/Queen on bottom) and the Master Suite. The Master Suite will welcome you to relax in the King bed while watching TV or reading a book, while the bedside fireplace keeps you warm and toasty. Indulge yourself in the Master bathroom complete with spacious walk-in closet, 2 sinks and oversized jacuzzi tub!

There is 4% resort fee included in the quote is required by the resort and must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
