A 2,950 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 4-bath ski-in/ski-out townhome just steps from the Express Six-Pack Lift at Purgatory Resort. Radiant in-floor heat, warm timber accents, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and gas fireplaces in the great room and primary bedroom. Pet friendly (please keep pets off furniture and beds). No AC; mountain evenings stay cool with windows open. A mandatory 4% resort fee applies to all stays; an optional 4% unlocks the heated pool and fitness facility.

The Neighborhood:

Perched at 8,900 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, Purgatory Resort sits 25 miles north of downtown Durango amid over a million acres of national forest. Winters bring 1,600+ acres of skiable terrain and an average of 260 inches of snow; summers bring hiking, mountain biking, and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster just steps from the door.

A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is required for all stays and is included in your quote. During your online booking, you will see the option to purchase the additional resort amenities which is an additional 4% fee. The addition Resort Amenities include an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, and workout facility.



Cancellation Policy: A deposit payment of $500 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund. Between thirty (30) days and fifty-nine (59) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. Thirty (30) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.



TRAVEL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. During your booking process, you have the opportunity to select and purchase travel insurance.
