The house has recently been renovated by the current owners, who preserved its authentic Tuscan style using local materials like beams, rafters, and stones. Our family of 6 adults were delighted with our stay!! The hosts were easy to get in touch with, and helped us both before and during our stay. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I wanted to have a personal chef cook dinner for us on our arrival day, and Elisa recommended someone who turned out to be terrific. It was nice to know that we did not have to think about our first meal, and we could settle in to our home for the week. The house was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts, and we cooked dinner two nights, and had everything we needed. Wifi worked well. The property is very private, surrounded by olive groves. There is a rooster that lives next door, and he was up early every morning. We did not mind it. We met a few neighbors briefly, who were very friendly. During our stay there was a big rainstorm, and power went out for part of the house. The hosts were very responsive and prompt, and did everything they could to get the power back up and running. We loved our stay at La Furbina, and would highly recommend it to others. I would love to have a return visit there.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property. The location was perfect. We were met up upon check in and given lots of information about the property and areas around. There is also a large book full of information about the house and the area. We spent most of our mornings outside drinking our coffee with the beautiful view.

We stayed here for a week in July. The villa is exactly as you see in the photographs. We were really pleased with how clean and modern the rooms were. The air conditioning in each of the bedrooms made such a difference. Elisa was extremely welcoming when we arrived at the villa, and gave us lots of tips on places to go and see. The villa is in a little hamlet and was nice and quiet. It is about a 10 minute drive from the nearest Conad supermarket which has pretty much everything you would need, and there is a bigger Esselunga about 20 minutes away on the edges of Lucca. We used the local pizzeria for a takeaway on the last night and that was good. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem, was man so braucht. Elisa und die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr zuvorkommend, proaktiv und freundlich. Bäcker, Metzger und Pizzeria sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind zu sechst mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern angereist. Ein zusätzliches Plus bieten der Pool (auch wenn wir diesen aus saisonalen Gründen nicht nutzen konnten), Grill im Garten und der Keller mit einer großen Auswahl an Spielsachen für die Kinder. Wir haben insbesondere die Morgen und Abende auf der Terrasse und im Garten sehr genossen, auch wenn es in der Aprilwoche größtenteils sehr kalt war. Auch in der Unterkunft war es aufgrund des Wetters leider sehr kalt. Cappanori ist die perfekte Anlaufstelle für Reisen nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft für Familien empfehlenswert, im Garten sollte man aber mit kleinen Kindern besonders achtsam sein wegen des Pools und der Treppen um das Haus herum. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Elisa and the owners of the house are very accommodating, proactive and friendly. Bakery, butcher and pizzeria are within walking distance. There were six of us, four adults and two small children. An additional plus is the pool (even though we couldn't use it for seasonal reasons), grill in the garden and the cellar with a large selection of toys for the children. We particularly enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the terrace and in the garden, even though it was very cold most of the week in April. Unfortunately, the accommodation was also very cold due to the weather. Cappanori is the perfect place to stay for trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. All in all, the accommodation is recommended for families, but you should be particularly careful in the garden with small children because of the pool and the stairs around the house. La maison « La Furbina » est magnifique, propre et grande. Superbe vue sur les montagnes et les villages de Toscane. Belle piscine avec terrasse extérieure. Nous avions tout pour être confortable. Wij hebben als complete gezin, 6 volwassenen personen, een geweldige week in La Furbina gehad. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen; een fantastisch zwembad, heerlijke pizza's bij Shalomi en geweldig lekker gegeten bij La Giardinetto. Het huis voelde als thuis en zelfs met een mindere dag kon je op het overdekte terras zitten. De slaap- en badkamers zijn vrij ruim. Als tip zouden een paar haken in de kleinste badkamer om de handdoeken op te hangen wel handig zijn. Ook een extra paar hand-/ theedoeken in de keuken zijn welkom. Als gevolg van stevig onweer was er 's nachts kortsluiting doordat het koffiezetapparaat kapot ging. Er werd de volgende dag adequaat en snel gereageerd door Elisa. Zij gaf ook veel informatie over de omgeving. De communicatie verliep snel, soepel en uiterst vriendelijk. Kortom: alle lof en absoluut een aanrader en een reden om terug te komen. Airbnb - Aug 2023

Beautiful location. Views to die for. Great house, gardens and pool. Set in a lovely part of Italy with many local restaurants, wine tastings, etc. Easy access to shops and especially Lucca!

Perfektes Ferienhaus Das Haus ist wirklich super und hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat jede Menge Platz. Der Pool ist toll und genial gelegen: nicht direkt an der Terrasse, aber auch nicht so weit weg vom Haus. Die Größe ist sehr komfortabel. Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit des Hauses aufgefallen. Tuscan Houses macht hier einen super Job. Auch war ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle etc. vorhanden - das hatten wir noch nicht bei vielen Ferienobjekten. Die Lage an sich ist auch sehr gut: man ist relativ schnell in Lucca, Pisa und Florenz. Und der Blick über die Olivenbäume ins Land ist mega entspannend. Von uns also eine klare Empfehlung! We enjoyed the house very much. The kids loved the suprise in the cellar! Restaurants and bakery were super close to the house, so we didn`t need to take the car and could enjoy the house and relaxe mostly on the pool. Thank you! I can highly recommend Tuscan Houses! We had a fabulous week at La Furbina. It is even more beautiful in person. The highlight for us was the pool and outside dining area. The villa itself is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The area of Capannori is peaceful and quintessential Tuscany. You will find a pizza place, butcher, farmacia within walking distance, recommend renting a car as public transportation is limited. We had a wonderfull stay for 2 weeks in july 2022. All was perfect, everything one wants or needs was available . A splendid large pool, water play material is there! Basement acceses to a cool relax play area with large screen television . But above all this perfectness with well working airco in the 3 bedrooms ( with three large bathrooms!) , bedlinen and towell change each week, pool maintainance weekly, THERE WAS ELISA AND HER TEAM. Available for any problem that might occur, question one might not have, info one might need. Using a whatsapp communication with the team is making life easy. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for an answer ( i think EliIsa never sleeps!) . This place and this organisation is top quality, i cannot say it enoigh to express out utter and complete satisfaction. We will become regular customers!! We had a super perfect fantastic holiday in a fantastic and well equiped house with absolute stars servicing us! Airbnb - July - 2022

We had a wonderful stay in La Furbina. We were six adults and stayed one week. The house is in a very good condition, it’s clean and well equipped. We had breakfast outside every morning, unfortunately the pool was still covered and not usable in the end of April. The communication with Tuscan Houses was super easy, we got answers immediately when we had questions or needed some advice.
