Barry & Gretchen Schmidt and Steve & Stephanie Bloemer purchased this wonderful property in June of 2011. We had planned a family vacation in the summer of 2011 but we decided to buy this fantastic location so we can come back, often. Since 2013, we completed a major renovation of the house by replacing the Roof, Windows/Doors, A/C Units, installed a Stucco finish and painted the exterior, replaced two bathrooms, painted the entire interior, updated all electrical outlets/switches, refinished the inside of the swimming pool, installed a new Panoramic Lanai, enlarged, refinished and painted the pool decking and replaced all Landscaping.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
