The host was more inviting then most I have encountered. Any problem that arose he was on top of it and took care of it immediately. I would recommend this to anyone that is wanting the beach life but not the beach hustle and bustle.

Great location and host!

Brian was a wonderful host. The check-in process and communication were excellent. The property is centrally located which made it so convenient for our family of 4. The pool was great, as well as the convenient parking and the in-suite washer and dryer were lifesavers.

Florida Vacay 2025

This condo was perfect for us. A small one bedroom with a well stocked kitchen. This location is close to everything we needed such as restaurants, shopping, golf courses and zoo. The property has a beautiful pool, nice hot tub, laundry facilities and parking. We hope to stay here again!!

Condo was immaculate and all normal supplies for regular homes. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Clear instructions on arrival and departure. Definitely will stay again.

Clean and quiet condo.

This condo provided exactly what our little family needed for our Florida vacation. Easy drive to the zoo and grocery store. Also within reach of multiple beaches and Kennedy Space Center. Plenty of peace and quiet to relax at the end of the day or for mid-day naps.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for a baseball tournament for my son. The location was excellent—Publix was within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, the fields were less than 10 mins and was able to come back in between games which made everything very convenient.The check-in process was simple and hassle-free. Brian was fantastic throughout our stay. He was quick to respond to every question I had, very accommodating, understanding, and easy to communicate with.The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for the three of us. The place is very well stocked with essentials, including cookware, utensils, extra blankets, and anything else we needed to feel at home. We also enjoyed the pool, especially after a long hot day, it was clean and never overly crowded. The neighbors we met were friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return

Great Experience!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the USSSA space coast complex. The location was ideal and you can go back between games. The condo is exactly as described and the owner is nice and easy to work with. It’s close to nice beaches, great restaurants and Publix is within walking distance. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for where we needed to be.The place was nice, had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan did, however, make a concerning amount of noise, no matter the speed it was on. Also, the light over the dining area, flickered, and we decided to leave it off, unsure of why it was flickering. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was located near most stores, and was very close to the swimming pool. I would recommend.

Great place to stay

The host met me the day of check in. He was very attentative and showed me around the whole place. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was definitely what i need for the month. I loved the pool and the hot tub. The last week i had to walk around to the other gate to get into the pool because the latch was broken. But other than that i truly recommend anyone to stay there.

Cozy Condo Week

Two problems:had to contact the property manager to have the hot tub and pool cleaned , and we had no internet three nights of the seven we stayed.

We appreciate the 5 star rating and are glad to know overall you enjoyed your stay. The pool area is very secluded and lush with landscaping, occasionally leaves will fall into the pool. The internet has always worked great and as it should, occasionally the wifi router needs to reset and once I was contacted and made aware of the problem it was a simple 5 minute unplug and plug back in fix to correct the problem.

Great place, perfect!

The location was perfect for my needs, check in was a breeze and the owner was very accommodating when we had to reschedule due to hurricane Dorian. Very clean and well furnished too, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy Condo

We enjoyed our time at the Cozy Condo while in the area for USSSA softball tournament. Brian was very accommodating and very responsive to phone calls, emails and text messages. We will definitely keep this one on our list to rent again for future events.
