Casa Rizzato offers open-plan living spread over one level, characterized by pale stone wall features and a clean, modern design with meticulous attention to detail. The villa can accommodate 6 people in its 3 bedrooms, with the potential to host up to 9 people if necessary.
Step inside the ground floor from the main entrance to find an open-plan living area. The living room design is both cozy and chic, featuring a combination of comfortable seating and elegant decor. Two sofas, two armchairs, and a coffee table create a perfect area for relaxation and socializing. The living room also includes a 50" smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a white pool table with green felt, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light.
For a comfortable and convenient stay, the villa offers a computer and writing desk for guests to use for work, study, or music management in the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, an inviting island with six bar stools offers the perfect spot for intimate moments, laughter, and heartfelt conversations with your loved ones.
The first ensuite bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), a wall-mounted 32" Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. This bedroom also features a sofa that can accommodate the 7th guest, if necessary. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vessel sinks and a shower with a hydromassage facility. This bedroom also offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, a filter coffee machine, and a microwave.
The second ensuite bedroom features a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a two-seater sofa bed that can accommodate the 8th guest if necessary. This bedroom also features a 32" TV and direct access to the shared veranda. The ensuite bathroom has a sink and a shower.
The third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), a 32" Smart TV, and direct access to the shared veranda. This bedroom also features a sofa bed that can accommodate the 9th guest if necessary. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vessel sinks and a shower with a hydromassage facility.
To enhance your stay, every room in the villa features balcony doors, windows with screens and motion sensors.
Finally, there is a shared bathroom (wood-themed) with a washer-dryer and a shower.

The 600m2 outdoor area wraps around the property, offering a variety of places to relax and unwind, each providing a different perspective. Paved verandas, lawn-covered areas, palms, and beautiful landscaping combine to create an attractive exterior. The outdoor facilities include:
- A 32m2 private swimming pool equipped with state-of-the-art swim jet technology for invigorating exercise and training sessions. Additionally, indulge in the ultimate relaxation with the built-in two-seater hydromassage feature. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, requiring at least one weeks advance notice.
- The pool terrace is equipped with six high-quality wooden sunbeds with padded mattresses, four umbrellas, and a hammock, perfect for relaxing while soaking up the sun. Several seating areas and an outdoor shower are also available for your comfort.
- Al fresco dining is easy with a gas BBQ grill, mini fridge, and dishwasher for easy cleanup, next to the outdoor dining area for eight. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the BBQ area is fitted with carbon monoxide detectors and a water filter to minimize the use of single-use plastic bottles.
- A ping pong table, a playhouse, and a basketball hoop provide outdoor entertainment.
- Two childrens bikes with helmets, a bicycle rack, and a static bike are available for those who wish to stay active during their holiday.
- A separate seating area on the shared veranda outside the bedrooms, under a pergola for some quiet time and shade.
- The villa boasts a diverse selection of herbs, including fresh mint, which can be used to create refreshing mojitos for guests to enjoy.
- Parking space for two cars inside the villa premises. The villa has its own private gated entrance.
Furthermore, Caza Rizzato is equipped with photovoltaic panels that provide electricity, and a solar water heater that supplies hot water, minimizing our carbon footprint. Finally, we have implemented a waste management system that includes separate recycling bins for each type of recyclable material. We believe in promoting sustainable tourism and hope to inspire our guests to do the same.
