Free cable TV & internet . The condo is clean, comfortable and completely furnished for your convenience including kitchen ware, microwave, coffee maker, towels, sheets, games, even beach chairs, toys and beach umbrella. Full size Washer and Dryer in unit. Just a short walk to either of the 2 beautiful heated pools. Parking right out front. Conveniently located close to shopping, UTC Mall, beaches, golfing, baseball fields, airport, boating, restaurants and bars. Palm Aire has two beautiful and challenging 18-hole championship golf courses, Palm Aire offers Seasonal & Non-Resident Memberships for golf, as well as tennis or social memberships. Short drive to Lido Beach and a little further to Siesta Key or Bradenton Beach. Besides the beaches check out the museums, concerts, shows and local events. Sarasota is home to Spring training for the Baltimore Orioles baseball team in Sarasota or the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton. Minutes from Ringling Museum, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Aquarium and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our second year at Robin's condo; the view, comfort, space, and decor were all wonderful. The condo was wonderful! It offers plenty of space, natural light, comfort, and a fully stocked kitchen.The golf course view with an abundance of birds offered great entertainment, and education. Additionally, the condo is an easy proximity to groceries, culture, hiking, restaurants, and shopping. Our hosts responded immediately when we had questions. We loved it so much, we booked for next year!

I loved my stay here. It was amazing. AC broke after a few days and the owner was super quick to get someone out to fix it. Was up within 12 hours of when I called her. The location is beautiful and it was nicely furnished with all my necessities, AND a very convenient location

A very comfortable, well organized condo, in a very quiet part of Sarasota. It provided us with everything we could have wanted. The views from the lanai over looking the golf course and waterways were lovely. The swimming pool, just a short walk away was well maintained and never busy. We found some great shopping near by for all our needs. We would love to return.

Our stay was for two months. This is a convenient location to Sarasota, beaches, movie theaters, the Van Wezel, shopping, parks and I-75. The space and layout was perfect! Two bedrooms and a den accommodate renters and two guests comfortably. Suggestions: streamline the kitchen and thin out dishes, pans, cleaning equipment and home repair items. A smaller microwave would make available more counter space. There was no place for renters groceries to be stored so they remained on the counter for the duration. The lighting in the kitchen harkens back to the 50's - the topic of conversation! The white carpet was difficult to keep clean in spite of the effort to remove and keep shoes in the hallway and there were no children visiting, The master bath needs updating; would like to have had fewer personal items in closets, vanities and kitchen. The lanai furniture looks tired although the space is more than adequate - spent many hours there! And lastly, the entrance needs some sprucing up e.g. front door needs painting- not a very good first impression. The manager Robin was delightful to work with and responsive to the few times contact was made to her. Thanks, Robin for an enjoyable time away in glorious weather!

We're from outside Philadelphia. I have been coming to Sarasota for over 50 years and love it here. We have family and friends here. We bought this condo in 2014, walked in and fell in love with the view. Love watching the sunrise, the golfers, birds, turtles, fish and the occasional Gator. Hope my guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful Views! Sunny and bright. Great for bird watching. We see Osprey, Eagles, Herons, Egrets, Sandhill Cranes, Storks and Rosette Spoonbills regularly. Or watch the golfers! Two heated pools to choose from, one has a small gym (i should use more often). Lovely quiet neighborhood close to Restaurants, Shopping, Theatres and Museums. Just minutes from SRQ airport. Nice neighbors. Condo fully furnished with everything you need.

Large condo (1444 sf), nicely furnished with everything you need. Close to Airport, Golfing, Plenty of Shopping, Lots of Restaurants, museums & not far from beaches.
