Our beautiful villa is situated less than 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the main attractions. This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom fully air conditioned home has an enclosed pool with multi colour LED lighting, overlooking one of the tranquil lakes within the much sought after Lake Berkley Resort.
At the Lake Berkley Resort for most of the year there are many ducks and birds on and around the lakes often diving into the water for fish. The garage* has been professionally converted to a fully air conditioned Games Room with an 8ft slate bed pool table, electric reclining leather sofas, a 50inch LED TV, Blu Ray player, iJuke, bar stools and table.
The accommodation features a Master Suite with king bed on the ground floor with a large private en-suite including tub and separate shower. There is a further queen bedroom on the ground floor with a neighbouring bathroom with shower enclosure. On the upper floor is a spacious 'Hollywood Greats' themed queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing the main bathroom. One twin bedroom features "Mickey Mouse and Friends", the other features Harry Potter. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and 3 bedrooms have DVD players (2 of which are Blu-Ray).
The ground floor features a large family room with vaulted ceilings, a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, Stereo with FM Radio and Bluetooth input to play your own music. One of the sofa's converts into a bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic top stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice dispenser. The villa also provides formal dining and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and lake. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside there is a covered lanai, tables and chairs for outside dining with loungers and Adirondack chairs for relaxing around the pool. The pool has the benefit of a child safety fence (removable to sides of pool enclosure) and a white handrail by pool steps.
Strollers, a travel cot, high chair and various items of baby equipment are usually available within the property, Guests are responsible for ensuring suitable and safe for their intended use.
BBQ and baby equipment rental can be arranged through our local Management company.
Fishing rods / tackle and tennis racquets and balls are usually available within the property.
The villa has a key operated 'SentrySafe' Internal size: H6.4 x W11.3 x D8.4 inches (Conditions of Use apply).
*The Garage, now being the Games Room, is therefore not available for inside parking of any vehicle, motorcycle, cycles, golf carts or trailers etc. Motorcycles, RV's, trailers, caravans, boats etc are NOT permitted to park inside Lake Berkley gates. Driveway parking at the property is available for 2 cars & road parking for 2 cars. TV via Roku 'Guest Mode' IPTV, hundreds of free channels / news / films available and you can use your own premium channel subscriptions eg 'Netflix' with auto or manual log-off at end of stay. The Internet is Hi-speed 1GB/second giving Hi-speed and bandwidth Wifi with no data caps.
