It is our second time staying at this particular property and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It is convenient to the parks and other amenities. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean. It is very comfortable and well appointed. We are a multi-generational family group and all our needs were fully catered for. In particular we all enjoyed the games room, pool table and outdoor area. Some of our group made good use of the communal gym. Many thanks for all your attention to detail.

The home was everything (and more) that the post stated. Two moms and two daughters stayed for a week for a sports tournament in Orlando. We hoped to make some meals, have private space for all of us, and relax on our off time. This house truly delivered! Host was 100% responsive all the time. House was ready when we arrived. Super clean, had all the things we needed (towels, kitchen supplies, pool tools, and things we didn’t even need…stroller, coolers, books, games, dishwasher tabs, tide pods, etc.). In fact, I recommended this property to a family member just yesterday because I would 100% stay here again!

We are a family-oriented couple from the UK who cherish everything about America, particularly Florida. From exhilarating theme parks to serene nature spots, we revel in all the Sunshine State has to offer. Our home in Florida serves as the perfect central hub, placing us just a short drive away from all the major attractions.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Kissimmee, Florida, is a delightful destination blending natural beauty, historic charm, and vibrant attractions. It's known for its proximity to iconic theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. However, Kissimmee itself offers a unique charm beyond its neighboring attractions
The Scene
Natural Beauty: Kissimmee is nestled by Lake Tohopekaliga, providing a picturesque setting with serene waters and abundant wildlife. The area is great for fishing, boating, and bird-watching. The nearby Shingle Creek Regional Park offers scenic trails for hiking and biking.
Old Town: This lively entertainment district combines retro charm with modern fun. You'll find classic car shows, family attractions, shopping, dining, and live entertainment. It's a nostalgic trip down memory lane with a vibrant atmosphere.
Historic Downtown: Kissimmee's historic downtown area boasts quaint streets lined with unique shops, eateries, and art galleries. The cobblestone streets and vintage buildings provide a charming backdrop for leisurely strolls.
Outdoor Activities: From airboat rides in the Everglades to hot air balloon rides over the city, there’s no shortage of outdoor adventures. Kissimmee is also close to several golf courses, making it a haven for golf enthusiasts.
What I Enjoy Most
Diverse Attractions: The variety of activities and attractions makes Kissimmee a versatile destination for families, couples, and solo travelers. Whether you're seeking thrilling theme park rides or peaceful nature walks, there's something for everyone.
Community Feel: Despite being a popular tourist destination, Kissimmee maintains a warm and welcoming community feel. Local events, farmers' markets, and festivals add to the charm and allow visitors to experience the local culture.
Outdoor Adventures: I particularly enjoy the opportunities for outdoor activities. The airboat tours in the Everglades and the scenic hikes in Shingle Creek Regional Park are both exhilarating and relaxing.
