About the owner: My husband and I purchased the lot in 2005 with excitement beyond belief. We actively started designing around some very strick guidelines and restrictions. In the end I believe we achieved a very nice product with his building skills and my artistic talents. You'll find unusual details throughout the home and my paintings on the walls.

Why the Owner Chose Stinson Beach, CA, USA:
We built our home at Stinson beach in 2005. Stinson Beach was a natural choice and had a long history for our families. My husband and I grew up going to Stinson either after school, with our families for holiday, and then later for family reunions bringing our kids. There is so much to do- walk/run the beach, swim, surf- board or body, sunbath, hike the fabulous trails, kayak the lagoon, relax, and the list goes on. We feel very fortunate to have found this lot with the ability to build a simple but stylish home that serves many travelers.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The beauty of the beach, the sound of the waves crashing, the intimate neighborhood community, close to town for a stroll to dinner, near the town market, fabulous sunsets. You get the best of both worlds that Stinson has to offer- the beach but also the mountain!! The famed Dipsea Trail, majestic Matt Davis Trail just outside our door. Gorgeous sunsets, collecting shells, flying kites, building sand castles...............
