Blue Santa Croce is a fine apartment for rent in Florence. The property is located in an exceptional location a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Croce. Recently completely renovated with quality materials and great attention to detail, this beautiful house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (both with two single beds that can be joined), all equipped with private TV, a large living area divided between a dining area and a relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. complete, one shower and bidet.

The apartment is perfectly equipped to guarantee you the best possible stay, here you will find air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet (fiber), oven, washer / dryer and dishwasher.

Terrible Property

We were disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we noticed that the home was not properly cleaned—there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the main room, visible mold hidden behind the couch, and dead bugs covered the walls. It was particularly concerning as we were traveling with small children. Additionally, the street noise was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest.While the location may be convenient for some, the condition of the property made our stay far less comfortable than expected. I hope the owner takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

Decent area, clean, but in need of a refresh

The communication with this property was excellent. They were both helpful and accommodating. We found the unit to be a little worn out. The walls are in need of painting, and the area rug in the living room has seen its better days. We all found the beds to be comfortable and clothing storage more than adequate. The kitchen could use more of a set-up in terms of utensils, pots/pans/plates etc. Another bonus would have been having basic instructions for the washer/dryer. If you have a tough time doing stairs or have heavy luggage, this property probably isn’t for you. The stairwell is narrow and steep. We managed it, but we’re all in good shape. If you’re looking for economical accommodations, this place definitely works. I few tweaks here and there would make it a great value!

Air conditioner is fantastic. But carpet and couch frayed and stained. Kitchen counter chipped. Shower door broken. Beds comfortable.
