This second floor apartment enjoys its own wonderful views whilst sharing the facilities with the complex, including a swimming pool.. All on the second floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With Freeview TV, DVD player, and French doors leading to Juliet balcony.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Bedroom: With zip and link double bed (can be twin beds on request) and French doors leading to Juliet balcony.
Shower room: With shower cubicle (no toilet).
Separate toilet.. Central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone (honesty box). Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a low wall of 60cm between the river and the grounds, therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no access to Flat 26 using the lift.. "The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended, guests are responsible for the safety of their children), lift (from ground floor to 3rd & 4th floors only) laundry, pay phone in lobby (incoming and outgoing calls), parking for one car per apartment, one mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including out-board) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. All apartments have outstanding views of the harbour and estuary.
A well equipped and tastefully furnished second floor flat with wonderful views over the harbour and East Portlemouth.
