Sycamore Cottage is an exclusive house that can sleep 4 guests comfortably, just 10 mins walk to York centre. It's located in the characterful neighbourhood of Bootham, a conservation area very close to Museum Gardens & York Minster with a wonderful river walk only yards away.

Entering into the contemporary open plan living room you will be surprised and charmed by its bright and airy feel. The dining area and kitchen make for a sociable family space for gatherings and reunions for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has plenty of storage, a desk/workspace and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has an en-suite with shower over bath tub. Which ever way you decide to stroll from the cottage you will pass so many beautiful natural and historical landmarks with bars, cafes and restaurants.
