New, air conditioning unit, doors, washer-dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave installed for 2016. All vents in unit, professionally cleaned to keep air fresh. Special UV light installed to protect allergy sufferers.

Vinyards Rental, Naples, Florida

Our condo winter rental at the Tuscany was terrific.

The unit was very quiet, quite spacious, very comfortable, nicely furnished, and decorated with wonderful artwork. The kitchen was equiped with every utensil imaginable. A washer/dryer arrangement is located adjacent to the kitchen.The master bedroom and bath were both very spacious and bright. The living and dining area arrangement made it quite easy to enterain and dine with visitors. The second bedroom had comfortable twin beds, along with a desk/printer arrangement that allows one to connect a personal computer via wi-fi. The den was well stocked with books and reading material, along with a fold-down (Murphy) bed, and sitting area. Each of the bedroom areas have TVs.

The Tuscany condo section of the Vinyards is walking distance to a mall that has a Publix marketplace along with restaurants, a gas station, and is situated close to Rt-75. All major attractions, shopping, and beaches are readily accessible.

The Vinyards development is very attractive and we'll maintained, with miles of walking pathes.

The pool/jacuzzi and clubhouse area is also spacious and we'll equipped, and are just around the corner from the unit. The neighbors and owners are very warm and friendly, and welcoming too renters.

The owners of this unit are very accomodating and we're sure you would be quite pleased that you chose to rent this unit.

Spacious condo in a great location !!!

"This spacious 2 bedroom condo came well furnished, well equipped and in a great location. The pool & grounds were very well kept. Mary and Howard were wounderful, making us feel like it was our home and giving us advice on where the beaches were and what to do in Naples. We loved this place and would definitely return again !!!"

Everthing a vacation renter could want

This is the ideal location for a wonderfull place to rent in Naples. The owners have provided everything you could want to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The condo is clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and fully equipped with far more than the average rental.

Convenience is another of its great features with the spacious pool just a 2 minute walk to the other side of the building. Crossgates shopping center is an easy walk or drive of a half a mile. Besides Publix food store there is a Walgreen's drug store, McDonald's, Starbuck's, Giordano's Italian restaurant (which I recommend) and much more. Hopefully, it won't be necessary but, there is a major hospital just across from the shopping center if needed

There are bike paths and jogging trails and walks for those so inclined many of which run along one of the larger lakes in the Vineyards development.

We have had a very pleasant time here and know others will too

Our Month in Florida

What a wonderful month we had in Naples this year!! Having never been away in the winter for a month we were interested to see how we would like it. Well! The experience might not have been as great as it was if we had stayed elsewhere. The Vineyards truly is Paradise, but even more, the condo was fabulous!! The owners of this home are about as nice as it gets!! They provided us with insight into Naples that the casual visitor would not have. We learned of places to explore, of restaurants that were excellent and so much more. In the condo, every amenity one can think of is provided, and then some!! The owners truly have created a beautiful "home away from home"!! Everything sparkled!! The master bed was super-comfortable, plenty of towels and rugs were provided for the bathrooms, the kitchen is totally stocked for cooking and the condo so tastefully decorated. Hated to leave! In fact, we are renting again next year!! We highly recommend this home to everyone!!
