Wonderful location

This location was extremely convenient and so nearby the train station besides that our host helped us accommodate ourselves well and was always available. The lift was very helpful being that my mom can't go up to many stairs. This place is so beautiful!! I will definitely return in the future.

Spacious and Perfectly Located Italian Charm

This was a wonderful choice for our stay in Florence. The host was extremely attentive, and the villa was very clean. Located just a 10 minute walk from the train station, and 20 minute walk to the important sites, it was an ideal stay for our group of 7 adults.

Florence stay

We travelled as a family group of 5 including my elderly mother and knowing this apartment had a lift. The apartment is reasonably conveniently located in relation to exploring the sites of Florence. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. We appreciated the special touch of having a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and would highly recommend this apartment.

Better than pictures

This property was better than we expected. The photos did not do it justice. Immaculately, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and well located. We would stay here again. Communication by the property owner was excellent and timely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was even better than the online pictures. Plenty of space of our group of 8 to settle. Great neighborhood, easy walking access to train station. The owner was very helpful accessing property and providing neighborhood tips. We would definitely stay here again. Ciao

A week in Florence

Easy check in.Alessandra was very responsive to our texts and requests.Country style decor in the apartment. Homely feeling. Short walks to all of the main site seeing spots. Turn right out of he main gate and you are five minutes from the river. Very enjoyable week.

St. James Via della scala

Very nice property, it was very close to the train station. Less than 4 blocks. Although when walking to the train station the next morning, we were hit by a homeless person that was attempting to rob us. We tried to get a cab from then on to pick us up at the VRBO and had no luck so we ended up walking to the train station and tried to be extra cautious. Not many restaurants or stores that we could find close by. We had a nice visit and enjoyed the city.

Florence Apt

The property was as good as or better than advertised and the host was very accommodating to our move-in time; even had a welcoming gift for us!!. The host for this property communicated with us exceptionally well when we had some questions; exceptional response time, willing to do whatever was necessary to address a minor issue. The apartment is fairly close to Florence's Santa Maria Novella station which made it easy (and quite cost effective) to go from the train to the apartment. An added bonus was a very delightful restaurant 3 blocks from the apartment. Both the Accademia and Uffizi Gallery are within walking distance--another big plus. The building is also in a quiet residential area which made the stay even more pleasant.
