The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but thanks to the street's inclination, the dwelling would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a courtyard where you can enjoy time with family. Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the interior part of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable sofa located in the bright and cozy living room. Of which has access to a spacious terrace/patio with a table for eating.
The open kitchen to the living room is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included and a large dining table.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance and concierge and then step-free access to the apartment.
Air conditioning in all facilities.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the hours in the heating months will be from 1:00 pm until 11:00 pm

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
