Great location! Safe with beautiful grounds that overlook the beach. Clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend and plan to book again on our future travels to the coast.

Great Stay

Beautiful property just steps to the beach and close to good food and shopping. Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Saylor for a great Anniversary Trip. Glad we found such a great place just a short drive from home. We’re already planning our next stay.

Excellent location to Gulfport and Biloxi.

The house is modern, very well maintained and location is close enough to the beach for an unblocked view, but very little traffic noise. The enclosed garage was cramped, but just the right size for a Honda CR-V. The balcony was private and view was perfect. Over all, we certainly enjoyed our four nights there and look forward to our next opportunity to stay there.

Great View of The Gulf

Very nice property with great views of the Gulf! Many restaurants so easy to get to... Tony's Brick Oven Pizzeria & Coast Roast Coffee & Tea were both repeats for us. Loved them! The house was as described and well equipped. Everything was very nice! We truly enjoyed a very relaxing stay!

Best of Gulfport!

Had to be in the Gulfport / Biloxi area for ten days on business and somehow lucked out finding this little corner of paradise for my stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured but the property it sits on far exceeds expectations from the photos. It’s like a mini plantation right across from the beach, with walking paths and stone benches and palm trees all around. The king bed is soft and comfy, living room balcony looks directly at the ocean and the tin roof is heaven during rain storms. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the Saylors were very patient and responsive when I went and locked myself out at 9pm one evening! I can’t say I’m a good fit for the weather in the gulf region but if you’re a party of one or two for a short or long term stay, I’m confident there’s no better rental in the area.

Wonderful experience

My husband came down for Cruising the Coast and had a wonderful time. The property is right in 90 and perfect for watching the cars go by. Drive is a little hard to find. House number on end would have been helpful.

What a great place!

This place views the gulf and is accessible to everything in the area. Clean and easy to access and they left us with a great parting gift — no crazy detailed rules about cleanup! (Pet peeve are places that charge you a cleaning fee and then have you do most of the cleaning!) Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and decorated nicely. The views from the balcony were just what we wanted to see of the gulf. It was very nice to have access to the garage and to the washer & dryer. Just a couple of minor disappointments: there was no toaster, and not even a spatula; when we arrived we found that there were still towels in the dryer & dishes in the dishwasher; we could not find any dish towels or dish cloths. All in all though, we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful, Cozy, and Great View!

My husband and I took a last-minute trip and had the best time! We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment, which was truly the cutest and coziest place imaginable. It was perfect for two people – – spot on in every way. Everything was sparkling clean, and the apartment had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we could possibly need—it was great for just the two of us! The location was ideal-we were within 5 to 20 minutes of all the places we wanted to visit. Plus, it was just a short walk across the yard on the highway to a stunning, sandy, white beach, where it was just the two of us each day. One of our favorite parts was the adorable little deck off the living room, where we can enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at night, while taking in the waves in the beauty of the Gulf. The view is incredible! The outside of the house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. The hosts were amazing – – always available if needed, though we never had to reach out because they made sure we had everything to feel comfortable. They welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour, and then let us enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful time, and if we ever head back that way, we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a couple!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Great place to stay, you could look out and see the ocean from the front balcony. I was doing some work during the week while my husband had other things to do and it was a wonderful place to get some work done. The only issue we had was finding the location our first night there. It was after dark when we arrived, the street itself did not have a street sign up, and the driveway going into the unit services four different homes. There were no signs up indicating the house numbers. One of the neighboring houses had a number that was visible from the road and it was very different than the number of this house. After a few days I did notice this number way up high on the house but it was not someplace we are trying to get there after dark that you would ever see it. We just decided to trust the navigation system and hope we got to the right place! We did! Wonderful visit and we would definitely stay there again!
