Large villa in Montgó with pool

This large 163 m² villa has four bedrooms and its capacity is for seven people.
The beautiful garden in which it is located is fully fenced and has grassy areas, as well as various trees and plants. In it they have available for their use garden furniture, hammocks, a barbecue and other items for their use and enjoyment.
The house has Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning in some bedrooms and in the living room.
Upon entering we find ourselves in the large hall, from which we access the large living/dining room. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. From the kitchen there is access to a beautiful terrace with excellent views of the bay and the Castle of Dénia.
The first room has a 90cm bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second has two 90cm beds and air conditioning. Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and two sinks. The third room is made up of two 90cm beds, the other bathroom with shower is located next to it. Finally there is the double room consisting of a 1.50m bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe.
The individual mattresses have recently been changed for more comfort.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost of the KW consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
