About Dawn Hehr
We love to vacation in Arizona and have tons of family located near Tempe. Our daughter just graduated from ASU! We are both originally from Illinois, just outside of Chicago.
Dawn Hehr purchased this House in 2016
Why Dawn Hehr chose Evergreen
We fell in love with the layout of the house and of course the fabulous pool. This home was a short distance to ASU and yet in a very quiet, but great central location.
What makes this House unique
Ranch home with very large rooms and master bedroom and dining room have direct access to the large pool. Fabulous grapefruit tree in the back yard. Wonderful covered patio with ceiling fan and dining table with gas grill. Right behind the home is a bike and walking path, for a quick morning ride or walk.

Great location, wonderful pool
We were in town for my daughter's ASU graduation. The location was perfect and the house was terrific. The kitchen us well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the great pool and patio. I would definitely stay again the next time we're in Tempe.
Exceeded all my expectations!!!
This was the first time we ever did VRBO or Airbnb. I’m so happy we choose this home. Dawn was amazing to work with and even added ESPN to her dish network so my husband could watch during our 10 day stay. Dawn was always easy to contact and always got back to me when I had any questions.
The house is fantastic, each room is decorated so tastefully and you can tell she took the time to think of everything including luggage racks.
The house is centrally located with just about anything you need within less than a mile.
We were here for my sons wedding and just had an amazing time.
Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool but I certainly enjoyed the view and the backyard. There is a beautiful grapefruit tree which was in full bloom and we were even able to eat a couple.
The neighborhood is very very quiet and there is a canal behind the home where you could walk every morning.
I would not change a thing about this home.
Our host was amazing and very accommodating
Thank you so much Dawn, we will certainly be back,
Mike and Kelly Fields from Ohio
Kelly and Mike were absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was so enthusiastic and appreciative. She left the house immaculate! We got to meet her son who was getting married. She wanted him to check out the house ahead of time, since it was her first time renting a house. It worked out perfect and she kept in contact throughout the process. I knew the house was in good hands, as they treated it like their own. I can't wait for them to come back for their next visit!
Dawn’s home is located in Tempe, Arizona, United States.
