Our beautiful brand new built modern and high standard detached villa is LEGALLY CERTIFIED according to new holiday rentals rulesÂźulations!!! The villa is located in centre of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to main bar street and restaurants. Nearest market/shop is only 5 minutes away.
The villa comprising 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. All the beds are in high quality so 8 people can sleep comfortably in beds.
