Villa in Beautiful Rural Location

Lale Evi has a private pool(10m x 5m) and an extensive garden(1,600m2). The garden is lawn with palm trees, pomegranate trees, banana palms and oleander shrubs. Inside, the cottage is spacious, with lounge, open plan kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a second bathroom. The double bedroom has small private balcony with views of fields and mountains. The upper floor of the cottage has attic style sloping wooden ceilings and both bathrooms are individually designed with marble fittings hand made by local craftsmen. All bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning. We have been adopted by a cat and hope you will be willing to feed her. The Dalyan area has been awarded the status of a Turkish National Park and is an exceptionally beautiful area. The beaches are protected as they are where the endangered loggerhead sea turtles lay their eggs in the summer months. Dalyan has a lively town centre with a great choice of restaurants and bars. We recommend a car and can put you in touch with a local (english speaking) company who offer car rental and airport transfers which our guests tell us is great value for money and they offer a great service.

Wonderful stay in Dalyan in this beautiful villa. Two adults and two older teenagers. Perfect if you like to be away from crowds and don’t want to be overlooked by other properties, but minutes from Dalyan by dolmus ( right outside property) or by super responsive taxis ( via Whattsapp). The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. WIFI great ( teenagers ). The pool was wonderful ( big) and the garden just beautiful ( photos don’t do it justice). Recommend mosquito repellent for the evenings outdoors ( as everywhere in the Med), but there’s also an enormous fan on the terrace that’s a great deterrant.As mentioned in an earlier review, there are neighbours but they were so quiet we barely noticed ( met onlast day - lovely people).The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend enough and very much looking forward to returning to this beautiful and friendly place. Two restaurants in short walking distance ( both fabulous).Would stay at Lale Eve villa again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay! :)

Top Villa in wonderfull Dalyan

We had a wonderful 9 day vacation in this house. The house is definitely more beautiful than in the pictures. The large pool, palm trees and pomegranate trees in the garden were an absolute highlight! There was nothing missing in the house. Liz was super friendly, very helpful and always available. Many thanks for that! We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay

We had a great holiday in Dalyan. The property was basic but had everything we needed and was exactly as shown in the pictures. The garden was beautiful, particularly the pool, which we all enjoyed for many hours! Liz was a fantastic host, always communicative and offering plenty of really valuable advice and contacts. A few things to be aware of - the house is attached to the neighbours (which we didn’t realise) but they caused us no bother at all. The house is on a busy road (again, this isn’t obvious in the photos). We zoned out after a few days and in the end it didn’t stop us from feeling relaxed. All in all, a lovely holiday and Dalyan has so much to offer for all ages (our children particularly enjoyed the boat trip and the local hotel with water slides!).

This villa was absolutely perfect. Even prettier than the photos.. the pool was beyond perfect and the villa itself was sooo clean. Communication with Liz was quick and simple, she answered any questions we had and was great for advice. The wifi was great for the girls. Air conditioning worked brilliantly. Kitchen had everything you needed. Location was perfect. We didn’t want to leave!!!… thank you for an absolutely perfect holiday.

Superb Villa

This villa is of an excellent standard, very comfortable, well equipped and with a large swimming pool and superb outdoor sheltered space with attractive very well maintained lawns and gardens. Overall one of the best villas we have had the pleasure to stay in.

Perfect!

This was such a wonderful relaxing holiday. Arriving at Dalaman our driver was waiting to transfer us to the villa with much needed cold water for each of us. Once at the Villa our hire car was handed over to us, it was so organised and stress free. The Villa and grounds are beautiful, spotlessly clean and if anything better than the photos online. The pool was amazing and cleaned daily. The grounds of the villa were kept beautifully by a gardener who was unobtrusive and very friendly. Liz, the owner, was so helpful and replied to any communication immediately. The location was fantastic and we used the car most days to explore. We recommend going to Nar Danesi, the restaurant which was a couple of minutes walk down the road for breakfast. The food and the fresh pomegranate juice is delicious and the staff are so friendly. We loved this holiday so much we are looking at booking for next year!

seductive and exclusive villa in a fantastic surrounding

What a great experience we ´ve just made... We are a family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children and frequent Dalyan travellers and we never stayed in a more fantastic house than this time. Liz...you have a built dream in the most beautiful scenery in this edge of Turkey and we were so delighted about the last two weeks. The house itself is full of space, well fitted and in great condition....( by the way...the not mentioned but available dishwasher was really a great help for us 5 ;-) ) The garden is paradise...plenty of space and the pomegrenades were delicious, our kids loved them so much. The included car was in excellent condition and new, we´ve been to Patara, Tlos and so on...it was a pleasure driving it. The pool was cleaned and overviewed each morning, even the Ph value was controlled regularly...amazing ! We´ve just completed booking for summer 2019 that fantastic house again...we promise...staying here is wonderful and without any risk We love to return next year and not to forget to mention...Liz...you always replied so quick to our questions, that was always great help Best greetings from Germany from Tom, Heike, Fynn, Janne and Leevi

Magical

It’s very hard to find words to describe how beautiful Lale Evi truly is. I had the privilege of staying here, for 1 week, in September 2018. As soon as you open the front gates of this astonishing villa you are greeted with perhaps one of the most mesmerising gardens on earth. The vast array of colourful plants and trees are brought alive by the sound of nature giving the guest complete tranquility during their stay. When it all gets a little to hot, Lale evi also hosts an impressive, large private pool with all the garden furniture one could need for a relaxing holiday. The interior of the villa doesn’t disappoint either - spacious, cool with a bespoke finish throughout. A plus for myself is good WiFi - this is also provided. When you manage to pry yourself away from the villa, there is a wide variety of well priced excursions and tantalising cuisine, all within a 5 minute journey (taxi numbers provided also). I can’t wait to book up again and come back. YOU would be mad not to make Lale Evi your choice of residence whilst experiencing this truly magical place.

Beautiful Villa in fantastic grounds

The photos really don't do this villa justice, especially the interior which is spacious, well laid out and modern. It's the grounds, garden and pool that have the WOW factor here though. I've stayed in many villas in Dalyan and never seen gardens as lush and beautiful as this. It's picture perfect. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch and evening drinks on the picturesque terrace looking at the mountains. We walked to Nar Danesi for lunch a few times which is about 1 minute away. We caught the public bus into town with ease right outside the villa. There was plenty of privacy between Lale Evi and the neighbours. Most of all we loved the company of Honey, the sweet little dog that came to hang out with us. Liz was on hand all the time to answer any questions, she was so helpful and patient with all our queries! We hope to return again next year.

Luxurious villa in an out of town location

Just returned from a fabulous week in this villa. The villa is extremely well equipped and has everything that you need and more. (Including great Air Con in every room - a must during August in Turkey!) For me the highlight of the villa was the garden, it has a large shaded area with seating, a large pool, loungers in sun and shade, and has beautiful plants, flowers and trees all around. Lots to do around this area too, many of which are water based, which is great in the hot weather! The local restaurants are fab. We preferred to stay away from the very centre of town, as we like things a bit more tranquil, but there is lots to choose from whatever you prefer. If you do stay in this villa, make sure you have a Turkish breakfast at Ekin restaurant, just along the road towards the beach. Also, I have to say that Liz is lovely, and will do all she can to help you out! I'm going to miss being here!

Just as stunning as our last visit!

Another superb visit to Dalyan! Jeep safari, pool, 12 islands boat tour, river trip, beach, turtle sanctuary, mud baths, fish therapy, eaten out every night and consumed a little bit of alcohol! Amazing scenery, friendly people and lots of relaxation! We will definitely come back for a third time! Thanks again Liz and family for allowing us to stay in a home from home!

Lale Evi is a truly beautiful villa fortunate to be hugged all around by mother natures finest.

This villa is top on our list for Dalyan. Just returned frm our 10 day stay. Faultless in every way, spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. Our girls Georgia (16) & Evie (10) loved the large pool. The gardens are extensive and boast a glorious abundance of foliage & flowers. A haven of peace & tranquillity. Just paradise to listen to the birds and be surrounded by mountains in the most lovely of settings. Most days we spent at the poolside as unable to tear ourselves away from the villa. However short drive (5 mins) into Dalyan on an evening where we visited our favourite restaurants for wonderful food at fantastic prices (approx £40/50 for family of 4 with wine & starters!!) Beach is also only a short drive with wonderful scenery. Will definately be booking again and highly recommending to family and friends. The White family May 2018. .

Paradise!!!

This absolute gem of a property is essentially a paradise! Not only is the villa beautiful & equipped to your every need but the large pool & surrounding grounds are a delight to the eye as well as a promise to make your stay a beautiful memory! Not even home 1 week and looking to book again with family early next year & friends again, end of next year. The adjoining town is only 5 minutes drive away & Mohammed is on call for a taxi for a mere £5! The town is clean, friendly and full of regulars. After 2 days you become one of those regulars. Everyone remembers your face! A lovely little town with lots of boat trips on offer to help you see the surroundings. I recommend the Olive Lounge trip, lovely boat & great staff. Not going to lie, if you're reading this review & booked....I am jealous 😊 Enjoy your stay and get Dalyan recognised for the beauty it has to offer! Laura

Stunning Private Villa in Great Location

A friend and I are just back from a week staying at the Lale Evi villa in Dalyan and we had the best, most relaxing break. The villa itself is stunning internally, all facilities are excellent and a great handbook made by the owners giving you all the information you need on local amenities, with tips on where to eat/drink and other activities available. The external area with immaculate private pool was brilliant to wake up to and relax by (so much so we decided just to stay there during the day most times rather than go to the beach), with a lovely terrace area with various seating for eating/sitting in the shade whenever you like. Dalyan itself we thought was a lovely area, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the food was great and service at all bars/restaurants was second to none. Had an excellent stay at Lale Evi and would recommend it to anyone considering it as their next holiday destination (we are already looking at dates for going back next year)!

Great villa, great pool, handy for Iztuzu beach

Very nice villa and particularly the outside veranda which gives plenty of seating and shade. Large garden and large pool, all very well maintained. Options for driving to the beach or catching the dolmus outside the villa; and, taking a short drive into town where there are loads of restaurants/bars/cafes (checkout TripAdvisor for the best ones) and the water taxis down the delta to the beach. Iztuzu beach is a designated nature reserve and has turtles laying eggs - it's a very long, safe and shallow shelving beach. Visit Kaptan June's cabin on the beach to hear all about the conservation work this great lady (and volunteers) are doing to help the turtles. Dalyan really is a great holiday location for families and couples - but not if you want extensive late night clubbing.

Beautiful Villa

An absolutely beautiful villa in amazing surroundings. The gardens and pool were fabulous, the villa was a home from home. The welcome book was most helpful with everything you might need. We went on a boat trip, visited the turtle sanctuary, mud baths, ruins, the beach and did a lot of relaxing around the pool! A fantastic holiday! Thank you Liz, ibrahim and Lale for sharing your Turkish home. I asked the kids to sum up the holiday in one word.....Lucy (11) - breathtaking, James (9) - awesome and ben (8) epic!

Wonderful

We had been fortunate to be able to see Lale Evi during a previous holiday to Dalyan and had been most impressed. Lale Evi lived up to all our expectations. A beautiful house, well-stocked, with maintenance and service absolutely second to none. The pool and gardens are excellent. We knew the area quite well and found it perfect for us. Within comfortable cycling distance of Dalyan town, and the dolmus (bus) stopped outside for the beach and Dalyan town. This was our fourth visit to Dalyan and we would have no hesitation but to recommend both Dalyan and Lale Evi. Liz was most helpful at all times.

Fabulous Villa!

This was my first visit to Turkey and I wasn't disappointed! The nearby resort has lots of restaurants and bars and it has a good atmosphere without being too commercial. However, the best part of the holiday was staying at Lale Evi villa. The villa has everything you want and need for a great holiday. It is extremely clean and obviously maintained to a very high standard with beautiful private gardens and a super pool!! I just loved it and I'm looking forward to returning again in the future. The owner assisted with the transfer from the airport and was extremely helpful with all my queries. I would highly recommend the villa to couples and families for a truly lovely holiday.

Stunning homely villa in a fabulous location

We stayed in this villa in August and will be back! It is just 5 mins by car from the town of Dalyan where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The scenery of the area is fantastic with the stunning mountains to the back and the horizon of the sea and lake to the front. The villa is in a peaceful location on the road that runs to the beach which is only 10 mins away. Villa is beautiful, spotless and has a homely interior. The gardens are to die for as well as the pool it all makes a fantastic holiday home. It has everything you could need. A lovely holiday and already booked for next year!!

A little bit of heaven!

Just returned from a relaxing break at Lale Evi with my husband and 3 children. What a beautiful house that has everything you want from a villa. So much so we didnt leave the house for the first 4 days - it was perfect! The private pool was a bit hit with the kids as well as evenings playing hide and seek in the perfectly maintained garden. We had many barbeque's on the terrace looking up to the views of the mountains. A short taxit ride took us into Dalyan town where you could find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, childrens playarea, gift shops, butchers and where the weekly market takes place. From there a 40 min picturesque boat ride through the river will take you to turtle beach. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be booking again.
