STAY RULES



Minimum age: Groups of young people under 30 are not admitted, unless accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not followed, entry will be denied with no option for reimbursement.

Events and capacity: The villa is a relaxation space, so large celebrations are not permitted. However, you can receive visits from friends and family, always respecting the maximum capacity of the property.

Beat all expectation's

We had the most fabulous time. The villa was modern, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic, a small short walk to the beach and town. The view from the villa was breath taking! Communication from the agents was excellent, check in was simple and the whole process was easy and very professional. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic Views and Location

Great communication throughout. Very accommodating letting agency. Unbelievable views and location. Loved every minute ️ Only negative was sunbeds... sleeps 8 villa only 4 proper beds. Appreciate there's a searing area and plenty of chairs but meant as a family of 8 we were never all in same place at same time

A beautiful villa in an idea location

Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for the 6 of us who stayed here. Excellent facilities. Lovely varied seating areas both inside and outside. Stunning private pool which can be accessed from all the bedrooms. Great location with stunning panoramic views overlooking Calpe beach and only a short walk to the beach and the town. We would love to return Minor changes would be some full length mirrors in the bedrooms and provision of essentials such as hand soap in the bathrooms. Some essentials were provided for the kitchen however. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Amazing views

The view from the villa was amazing and it was very peaceful. You really need to watch any little children in the pool as floats without much weight can easily go over the edge of the infinity pool. Communication was excellent with Sol Habitat and they were very helpful. The electrics were tripping at least 3 times daily, this needs sorting. Disappointed with amenities for example, there was only 2 dish washer tablets left for 7 people for a week. No water, no salt, pepper, hardly any toilet roll etc.

Casa con maravillosas vistas

La casa es estupenda, vistas excelentes! La gente de sol habitat, Walter, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cerca de la playa! Parking. Cerca tiendas. Limpieza de piscina a la llegada de nuevos huéspedes, no días después. Poner alguna puerta que preserve más la entrada a la casa. Todo demasiado comunicado con otras casas.

Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage, Mega Pool und richtig schöne Terrasse. Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer passend, genügend Badezimmer, gute Küchenausstattung. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr dunkel, wenn die Sonne untergegangen ist - eine Lichtquelle über dem Esstisch wäre empfehlenswert! Ansonsten top!!
