"Coronado-II" (NEW on VRBO in Jul '17) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 4 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Coronado", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Coronado'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min and be at the 1st tee-box, Oak Creek County Club House, the putting green, or Redstone Restaurant (tennis courts nearby too). Coronado is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Coronado-II' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (NOTE: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There are also two sleeper sofas: a Queen and Full-bed sleeper sofas in family room. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 HD cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. My daughter and I had a great trip! House is perfect for BBQ and to relax by the pool, the weather was too cold to use the pool. Hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Ladies’ annual weekend getaway was a blast, as usual! We have stayed at this property the past few years and we love it! Great hot tub & pool, although it was cooler than usual this year & we didn’t use the pool. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, privacy, plenty of space indoors & out for socializing. A fun property for friends & families!

Amazing property!!

We had an amazing week in Sedona. The property owners were very prompt in replying to questions and were very thorough in the email about checking in. Pool, hot tub and the views were all amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Hi thanks so much for enjoying your stay and to correct the location commentary, the housee "in" Sedona (southside next to Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock, the most photographed rocks of Sedona). Cottonwood is off to SW of Sedona, which is sort of opposite direction. That said, there is definately a back-road that allows you to get to Cottonwood quickly (much quicker than going through central Sedona and perhaps that's what is meant) but the home isn't "between" the two areas. Just an FYI

Thanks so much for having a great time, but was a bit confused on the review: indeed the pool/spa can be heated to whatever temperature you prefer with a convenient handheld, wireless pad on the counter. When you called to ask to heat it and I explained the controls (with the instructions there) you heated it to 81-degrees for your grandchildren and said they had a blast. Hope you all had safe travels home.

Fantastic accommodations!

This was a perfect house for our annual mountain bike trip. Great capacity and incredible amenities. The spa is outstanding.

Overall this place was "fine." The Village of Oak Creek was a great place to spend Spring Break and the location of the home was wonderful. Also the pool brought so much fun and entertainment for us while we were visiting.We did not receive the 6 page rental agreement until the day of check-in. The document was long and much of the language used felt like asking for help would result in a fee. The owner provided many numbers for remedying any issues and listed the fees that each person would charge you. Because of this, we did not reach out for help and ultimately had issues unresolved on the trip.The home is in need of some upkeep and the overall rating of the place is misleading. There were many things in the home that did not function properly such as the sliding glass door to the backyard, the doors in the master closet, one microwave, and the refrigerator was in need of many repairs. The toilet area in the master bathroom had not been cleaned when we arrived and there were a load of wet sheets in the washing machine that we then had to wash and fold to do our own laundry. Overall, the home functioned well despite these things.

Thank you for enjoying your stay and Sedona. However, we thought the review very misrepresentative. 1) The rental agreement is immediately (within seconds, if not minutes) presented by VRBO to renters when they book the reservation or are “pre-approved” to book. This is nice automated feature of the VRBO platform (perhaps you didn’t glance at it until later). 2) Yes there is one microwave (less than a year old). Nearly all (read: all) homes that we rent through VRBO have one (1) microwave in addition to conventional ovens. 3) Yes the sliding glass door needed repairs & thank you for calling it to our attention while you were there and the locksmith/door repair firm was dispatched and arrived within 48 hours of notification. Since we have 5 homes there & we use them for all our homes (Doc Lock) they responded quicker for us than they do others. 4) The refrig is less than 3 years old and yes large groups continue to cram the plastic swinging door shelves (such as your group) with many dozens of large bottles of beer and slamming them in place which breaks the shelves off. We keep trying to keep up with replacing them (they’re $135/shelf but folks keep slamming large heavy bottles in them and treating it like a disposable hotel room frog and breaking them. But we do our best to keep up). If the cleaners forgot about a load of sheets in washer then we will speak to them. But w/ 5 homes we’ve tried many firms and like these folks but when an imperfection appears we call them.

Listing completely accurate, clean and well equipped home, pool and spa are very nice. Friendly and communicative hosts who let us check out late when we had some extra time to kill before our flights home. Would certainly stay again!

We truly enjoyed the home! Location was great, out of the busyness and a beautiful drive each time into Sedona. Pool and spa were just what we needed after our morning hikes. Pool and spa were easy to manage. Common spaces were roomy for the 7 of us. Everything was wonderful!

We had a great stay at this property. The living area and house is very spacious and the outdoor area is great for lounging and entertaining. The pool is nice and the property manager is very responsive.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. This home was great! We loved the beautiful pool and used it a lot! The location was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Jeff, our host, was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion/50th Anniversary Beautiful!

We had the most amazing stay here, perfect for a family gathering. The home is wonderfully maintained, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything for cooking meals and relaxation and gorgeous scenery. Owners are wonderful about communication, it was very comfortable and I hope we can plan another trip back again soon.
